People seem to forget there were four snaps in the MCU: 1) Thanos turns half of all life to dust, 2) Thanos destroys the Infinity Stones, (then 5 years pass), 3) Hulk brings safely back everyone that Thanos dusted, 4) Iron Man dusts Thanos and all his armies. When people came back, that was the Hulk snap.

When that episode set itself weeks later in Endgame, it made so much sense, as well as knowing the fate of the Universe was happening not seconds later after the opening ended. And also, people forget FFH was months later who did that joking mention in the school report to their own students since the marching band in the auditorium was a better surprise for teenagers than a cancer wing in a hospital.
From what I understand it averages out to around $25M an episode($225M for the series). Of course some episodes won’t cost near that much so other episodes will get that extra money.
I actually had to pause the episode to regain my composure once this scene was over. This was nuts. Like, I’ve always wondered what happened when everyone suddenly reappeared.

Can you imagine the chaos. Both when thanos snapped and when smart (professor) hulk snapped them back. The families that were broken apart, friends, businesses, governments maybe even monarchs of countries. Then suddenly it’s like it didn’t happen for you. But your loved ones have got on with their lives after you disappeared. Re-married, had kids etc. Imagine coming back to not recognising your own children as they were babies when the first snap happened. Running to what once was your home to find strangers living there or worse your partner with their new family. Crazy right.
I feel bad for Ant Man/ Scott Lang cuz Cassie's actor was 11 in Ant Man and the Wasp meaning that she was 16 in Endgame, imagine missing the most important part of your child's growth to adult hood when they need you most, and you weren't even snapped, you're stuck in a realm where "literally" the tiniest things can kill you.
I like that MCU is showing the less comedic side of the Blip. It's not just everyone coming back, it's everyone coming back in a time that they never should've seen.
When the band came back from the Snap on Spider-Man, they were all standing up and playing their instruments, but Monica was sleeping here. Of course, it could just mean that she was asleep when she dusted. Can you imagine people who were dying when they dusted and come back to have somebody else with them in their hospital bed, and they're still dying?
What I want to see is how they're brining back people who were snapped while on passenger planes, submarines, trains, or anything that's moving during that time.
The real, human story from the reverse snap. Heartbreaking, powerful opener for episode 4. Monica was 'dusted' herself, comes back after 5 years to learn her mum's gone (doctor's reaction on seeing Monica's unchanged in that time, priceless). Seeing little details like these, the repercussions of Hulk's reverse snap in a real world perspective, is why the MCU is great.
I think we're gonna see it for awhile. Imagine how many people were affected off screen that we don't know about. Heroes included. I feel like it's gonna be a long time thing.

The other minor characters throughout the MCU who in my Headcanon survived the snap are: 1. Steve Danvers (Carol’s brother). 2. Stakar Ogord. 3. Aleta Ogord. 4. Luis. 5. Goose. 6. Talos (with him losing his wife and children to the Snap). 7. Jimmy Woo. 8. Ava Starr (being forced to see Bill Foster crumble into ash). 9. Rhomann Dey (in my Headcanon he and Irani Rael managed to survive Thanos Massacre of the Xandarians though later when another half of the Xandarians were Killed in the Snap Irani faded as well along with Rhomann’s Wife and Daughter). 10. Luis’ Grandmother.
You are forgetting that many of the future MCU characters will be old enough to have lived before the snap and therefore also could have been affected? Like everyone of them is old enough to have lived before the snap! So yeah
A lot of stories including drama films could come from the snap.. a child or relative missing, or a woman who lost his husband after the snap and 5 years later she gets married again, having children and then his husband returns from the death
It would be more shocking if they showcased the state of the world if most of the essential workers like Doctors, energy plant and telecomm workers disappeared
There would be very young children left alone after both parents were snapped and who would have been adopted...and suddenly their birth parents show up. The custody nightmares!
Considering that Thaddeus Ross was among the dusted, the US State Department would be in chaos in the first several days of the Snap! I want to see a US Government Official’s perspective of the Snap as he witnesses the President of the United States turn to ash along with the majority of the line of succession! The military would also be in chaos due to half of the soldiers and high command vanishing in the midst of conflicts or missions. Since Joaquin Torres who appeared in the Falcon and The Winter Soldier series I think it would be neat to explore his perspective of the aftermath of Thanos Snap from the US Military’s point of view!
All I can say is I hope Bruce or Tony also snapped 50% more resources into existence Edit: for those who only listen to the MCU and Russo Brother's for once think on a bigger scale the infinity stones are not limited to living beings popping in and out of existence hell we're talking about the keys too our existence so it's not out of question that they could bring things into existence

This scene showed the anxiety and panic of what the blink would be amazingly. Imagine you are in a place and then just get back and nothing is the same and you can't find your loved one or get what's happening but just that everyone is just as lost as you
this scene does a great job of capturing what itd be like in real life, scary, chatoic. you have no idea what happened to your family, your friends, or even to you. perfect
God, you cannot imagine how chaotic this must be. Aside from the hospitals overflowing because of all the patients who likely snapped in their beds, and the obvious “oh but the people in the air”, you also have: -People stranded in other countries all attempting to book flights home -Animals randomly appearing in public places or homes (since remember, all life was snapped in half) -People ending up in random homes everywhere -Banks under complete chaos since a good number of clients were snapped and you have to deal with tons of bank assets most likely frozen by that point -People appearing in the middle of roads, highways, and streets, causing crashes and the like -All these companies with now filled in jobs leaving millions unemployed -Tons of broken relationships -The mess that will be reuniting tons of snapped/orphaned children with their families -Political and government positions being in shambles -The overall chaos of realizing half of the previous population is coming back all at once This is arguably more chaotic then when everyone died...
It crazy when you think about it the people that gotten snap think we're asleep but disappear for three years and return and missing the people who didn't get snap by Thanos. Which has a lot of theory if someone can explain it

Mass confusion & heart break for half of the population. Chaos at it's minimal. Imagine those who were on planes, trains and other vehicles. What about people during surgery? or what about those who are in exact same position as you are in right now? I would be down on board to see other POV's & the extreme situations of the un snapping
I like how people didn't get the hint that at the start of the episode, that was Monica from captain marvel. If you didn't know, they played some kind of flashback and in one flashback someone said "Lieutenant trouble" and that person was Captain marvel talking to Monica

Like pReview'd said - "I feel bad for people who were inside airplanes." Remember the Endgame credits when Fury texted for Captain Marvel? A helicopter crashed into a building because no one was flying it. But now, the guy blinked from flying a helicopter to falling toward a city street.
I'm glad they're digging into the ramifications of the blip. Think about people who were in labor, people who were flatlining, anyone in a plane, anyone in a boat, anyone in a house/building that's since been demolished. There are probably thousands of scenarios where the blip caused permanent death.
Jesus, the more I think about this, the sadder I get. This conversation was always abstract before but now not so much. Guys, Maria Rambeau died of cancer after watching her only child turn to dust. God, I hope Carol was there and she didn't die alone. Smh

I can already see a flashback in Captain Marvel 2 in a flashback to the Parkside hospital as patients and medical personnel were disintegrating into dust all over the place, Dr. Harley and Maria Rambeau could only watch in horror as the sleeping Monica disappeared! Oh, it’s already paining me! I can just hear a hospital bed ridden Maria choking out a cry towards her disintegrating daughter ‘Monica…No!’ 😖 I can imagine sometime during the aftermath of the Snap on the universe, Carol Danvers visited her depressed best friend Maria Rambeau and would be herself saddened at the loss of Monica Rambeau (her Lieutenant Trouble) and Carol would interact with Dr. Harley and the surviving Parkside medics who are currently treating the injured people who survived the car crashes that resulted from the Snap. Throughout late 2018 and into 2019 I can imagine Maria Rambeau attending therapy groups with Carol’s brother Steve who also survived the snap (and is currently in the US Military having joined prior to 2018). I think it’s time to see a series featuring Maria Rambeau’s perspective of the Snap and its aftermath from 2018 to her death in 2020. I can see her driving through a Post-Snap Louisiana as she sighed sadly at all the empty cars and buildings.
Considering that Sarah Wilson, AJ Wilson and Cass Wilson all survived the snap along with Sam Wilson’s friend Joaquin Torres. I can just see Sarah covering her mouth In horrified shock as she saw several people turn to dust and ash throughout Delacroix as screams Rose into the air! She would frantically try to contact her brother only to hear nothing! Her children AJ and Cass who are only toddlers at this point have no idea what’s going on around them! As for Joaquin Torres, he would be on a military mission in uniform when he saw many of his fellow soldiers vanish into dust without explanation; Torres would contact High command only to learn from one of his surviving superiors that half the chain of military command has disappeared along with the majority of the US Cabinet including the President and Vice President of the United States. The surviving superior would also state that he got word that the US Congress is now in a state of anarchy due to half the senators, congressmen, congressmen and legislators all vanishing into what looked like ash. The Superior would inform Joaquin that all US military operations shall be placed on lockdown until the chaos subsided to a minimal level and would order him to inform the others (who didn’t vanish) to relay the order that all military actions are now under lockdown!
Crazy how a scene that shows the return of people since 2018 is now being shown in 2021 by an action performed in 2019 but actually 2023 (mcu timeline)
Just a theory: This is setting up Spiderman 3 to show how Tobey and Andrews Spiderman end up in the MCU. Perhaps the ReSnap brung people into a universe they didn’t belong in. Maybe even Venom.
Every Disney+ MCU show is just "hey so the Russo's basically didn't really consider the ramifications of the Avengers actions in Endgame so now we have to deal with that"

Yeah, I love that they showed some of the chaotic effects of everyone coming back. I know Marvel PTBs want to pass it off as mostly happy, but I feel there would be some upheaval caused, even if all they want to acknowledge is things like this situation in the hospital. I always imagine that people who were on planes come back in airports, maybe even the one they were heading for, or in cases like helicopters and airforce planes, appearing in in their home base. It would still be chaos in those locations though.
most people probably actually did have some idea of what happened, cause, like maria hill and nick fury, they saw themselves and people around them dusting. but monica had no idea because she was asleep when everyone disappeared.
i really love how we actually see it in a public place like a hospital where absolutly no one knows eachother instead of in a school where a big majority of people already know eachother
It’s good that we got to see how everyone was snapped back to existance. How the dust formed the bodies in the place they became dust was really well done to make it more realistic. Instead of them magically just appearing out of nowhere
Fictional Darling put it into words. 5 years ago, the people left behind by the snap had to deal with the fact their loved ones were suddenly gone. With the Blip, those who return have to deal with the fact that in the 5 years they were gone, in a blink of their eyes, people have died, and no magic glove snapping will return them.
My theory: When Iron Man told Veronica to activate the barn door protocol, it also activated some sort of plan to save those who would reappear mid air with no plane around them or even save those who were in cars on highways. it wouldn't have been difficult for him to track exactly where planes were when the blip happened and have Veronica position drones to catch the falling people.

The real, human story from the reverse snap. Heartbreaking, powerful opener for episode 4. Monica was 'dusted' herself, comes back after 5 years to learn her mum's gone (doctor's reaction on seeing Monica's unchanged in that time, priceless). Seeing little details like these, the repercussions of Hulk's reverse snap in a real world perspective, is why the MCU is great.

I would really love to see Christine Palmer’s perspective of both the Snap and the Blip if she managed to survive The events of Infinity War as she witnessed patients and hospital staff colleagues fade to dust all around her while at work (Metro-General Hospital).
The other minor characters throughout the MCU who in my Headcanon survived the snap are:
1. Steve Danvers (Carol’s brother).
2. Stakar Ogord.
3. Aleta Ogord.
4. Luis.
5. Goose.
6. Talos (with him losing his wife and children to the Snap).
7. Jimmy Woo.
8. Ava Starr (being forced to see Bill Foster crumble into ash).
9. Rhomann Dey (in my Headcanon he and Irani Rael managed to survive Thanos Massacre of the Xandarians though later when another half of the Xandarians were Killed in the Snap Irani faded as well along with Rhomann’s Wife and Daughter).

You are forgetting that many of the future MCU characters will be old enough to have lived before the snap and therefore also could have been affected? Like everyone of them is old enough to have lived before the snap! So yeah
A lot of stories including drama films could come from the snap.. a child or relative missing, or a woman who lost his husband after the snap and 5 years later she gets married again, having children and then his husband returns from the death
It would be more shocking if they showcased the state of the world if most of the essential workers like Doctors, energy plant and telecomm workers disappeared
There would be very young children left alone after both parents were snapped and who would have been adopted...and suddenly their birth parents show up. The custody nightmares!

Considering that Thaddeus Ross was among the dusted, the US State Department would be in chaos in the first several days of the Snap! I want to see a US Government Official’s perspective of the Snap as he witnesses the President of the United States turn to ash along with the majority of the line of succession!
The military would also be in chaos due to half of the soldiers and high command vanishing in the midst of conflicts or missions.
Since Joaquin Torres who appeared in the Falcon and The Winter Soldier series I think it would be neat to explore his perspective of the aftermath of Thanos Snap from the US Military’s point of view!
I loved that they had their own terms: unsnapped, blip, Reverse snap, dusted, etc

God, you cannot imagine how chaotic this must be. Aside from the hospitals overflowing because of all the patients who likely snapped in their beds, and the obvious “oh but the people in the air”, you also have:
-People stranded in other countries all attempting to book flights home
-Animals randomly appearing in public places or homes (since remember, all life was snapped in half)
-People ending up in random homes everywhere
-Banks under complete chaos since a good number of clients were snapped and you have to deal with tons of bank assets most likely frozen by that point
-People appearing in the middle of roads, highways, and streets, causing crashes and the like
-All these companies with now filled in jobs leaving millions unemployed
-Tons of broken relationships
-The mess that will be reuniting tons of snapped/orphaned children with their families
-Political and government positions being in shambles
-The overall chaos of realizing half of the previous population is coming back all at once
This is arguably more chaotic then when everyone died...
It crazy when you think about it the people that gotten snap think we're asleep but disappear for three years and return and missing the people who didn't get snap by Thanos. Which has a lot of theory if someone can explain it

I'm glad they're digging into the ramifications of the blip. Think about people who were in labor, people who were flatlining, anyone in a plane, anyone in a boat, anyone in a house/building that's since been demolished. There are probably thousands of scenarios where the blip caused permanent death.
I think that hulk snapped them to a save place *for example if you gor snapped in a plane you return on the ground

I can already see a flashback in Captain Marvel 2 in a flashback to the Parkside hospital as patients and medical personnel were disintegrating into dust all over the place, Dr. Harley and Maria Rambeau could only watch in horror as the sleeping Monica disappeared! Oh, it’s already paining me! I can just hear a hospital bed ridden Maria choking out a cry towards her disintegrating daughter ‘Monica…No!’ 😖
I can imagine sometime during the aftermath of the Snap on the universe, Carol Danvers visited her depressed best friend Maria Rambeau and would be herself saddened at the loss of Monica Rambeau (her Lieutenant Trouble) and Carol would interact with Dr. Harley and the surviving Parkside medics who are currently treating the injured people who survived the car crashes that resulted from the Snap. Throughout late 2018 and into 2019 I can imagine Maria Rambeau attending therapy groups with Carol’s brother Steve who also survived the snap (and is currently in the US Military having joined prior to 2018).
I think it’s time to see a series featuring Maria Rambeau’s perspective of the Snap and its aftermath from 2018 to her death in 2020. I can see her driving through a Post-Snap Louisiana as she sighed sadly at all the empty cars and buildings.
Considering that Sarah Wilson, AJ Wilson and Cass Wilson all survived the snap along with Sam Wilson’s friend Joaquin Torres. I can just see Sarah covering her mouth In horrified shock as she saw several people turn to dust and ash throughout Delacroix as screams Rose into the air! She would frantically try to contact her brother only to hear nothing! Her children AJ and Cass who are only toddlers at this point have no idea what’s going on around them!
As for Joaquin Torres, he would be on a military mission in uniform when he saw many of his fellow soldiers vanish into dust without explanation; Torres would contact High command only to learn from one of his surviving superiors that half the chain of military command has disappeared along with the majority of the US Cabinet including the President and Vice President of the United States.
The surviving superior would also state that he got word that the US Congress is now in a state of anarchy due to half the senators, congressmen, congressmen and legislators all vanishing into what looked like ash.
The Superior would inform Joaquin that all US military operations shall be placed on lockdown until the chaos subsided to a minimal level and would order him to inform the others (who didn’t vanish) to relay the order that all military actions are now under lockdown!
Idk why, but the fact that this scene took place in a hospital makes it a little more unsettling...
Crazy how a scene that shows the return of people since 2018 is now being shown in 2021 by an action performed in 2019 but actually 2023 (mcu timeline)
Just a theory: This is setting up Spiderman 3 to show how Tobey and Andrews Spiderman end up in the MCU. Perhaps the ReSnap brung people into a universe they didn’t belong in. Maybe even Venom.

Yeah, I love that they showed some of the chaotic effects of everyone coming back. I know Marvel PTBs want to pass it off as mostly happy, but I feel there would be some upheaval caused, even if all they want to acknowledge is things like this situation in the hospital. I always imagine that people who were on planes come back in airports, maybe even the one they were heading for, or in cases like helicopters and airforce planes, appearing in in their home base. It would still be chaos in those locations though.
I like how many get that it’s about showing the chaos that happened when everyone returned.
most people probably actually did have some idea of what happened, cause, like maria hill and nick fury, they saw themselves and people around them dusting. but monica had no idea because she was asleep when everyone disappeared.
I hope Marvel reveals more of the scene where Aunt May finds out Peter is Spider-Man, just like they showed the Reverse Snap's aftermath.

It’s good that we got to see how everyone was snapped back to existance. How the dust formed the bodies in the place they became dust was really well done to make it more realistic. Instead of them magically just appearing out of nowhere
Fictional Darling put it into words. 5 years ago, the people left behind by the snap had to deal with the fact their loved ones were suddenly gone. With the Blip, those who return have to deal with the fact that in the 5 years they were gone, in a blink of their eyes, people have died, and no magic glove snapping will return them.

My theory: When Iron Man told Veronica to activate the barn door protocol, it also activated some sort of plan to save those who would reappear mid air with no plane around them or even save those who were in cars on highways.
it wouldn't have been difficult for him to track exactly where planes were when the blip happened and have Veronica position drones to catch the falling people.
No when Hulk snapped he brought back everyone to safety, so I think if someone was in a plane he would reappear on the ground or smth
