Love watching your reactions! I understand the concern about the implications of Evan Peters and his appearance...personally though I don't trust it at all and I agree with y'alls final idea that he isn't really Quicksilver. His intro was very short, but during that time he didn't really act like his character was set up in the Fox movies. That makes me feel like he's there for some deeper reason, like Agnes, and is an active player in whatever's happening. My pet theory is that he's just posing as Wanda's brother to get something else and that the meta reason that Feige decided to introduce him this way was to distract US. Marvel has to know by now that we as fans will hyper analyze anything they show us. I might be overthinking it too, but that's the cleanest explanation I can think of since we don't know yet what the Multiverse will look like or how it will be opened.
Well, they said she resurrected him, but we don't know how exactly. The "can't bring people back to life" may not apply to Vision since he's not human. Maybe the person in the witness protection program (whoever it is) helped Wanda do it somehow, and that's why she went there in the first place.
@@Hanadix Wanda is just reanimating vision you can tell by the last episode when she fought off Monica and got her mind out the theme show and saw vision as a corpse then she went back and its normal vision
@@to3sted248 But if that's the case, then how does Vision have a completely separate consciousness from Wanda? How does he have powers? If he has his own consciousness, that can't be fully controlled by Wanda, on some level he must be alive.
The fact that Evan Peter's Quicksilver, which appeared up in the 80s in the X-Men Universe, also shows up in this 80s sitcom based episode, is genius writing.
The way they are using a TV show inside of a TV show to explain extremely complicated things to us as the audience is genius. Because we get to see Evan Peters from three perspectives (ours, Darcy’s, and Wanda’s) they’re able to tell us exactly who he is without explicitly saying in dialog. Wanda recognizes him as her brother, Darcy recognizes he’s a different person, and we recognize him from the Fox continuity. That implicitly clarifies that it’s not just a different actor playing the same Pietro.
The alarm at the Sword's base was blaring when Quicksilver shows up. That means someone breach the perimeter. So I think 'Pietro' is coming from outside of the perimeter, and not a resident of Westview.
Maybe, but Dottie was genuinely freaked out (for a moment) when the radio starting talking to Wanda. And Agnes wanted to tell Vision something when talking to Herb in episode 3. It's all very odd behavior. BUT Agnes definitely knows more than she's saying.

I think the reason Monica doesn't like cpt. Marvel is because of a Dr. Manhattan situation. Where constantly being around Carols cosmic radiation gave Marie the cancer that killed her.
That's an interesting thought. So she could have been off earth specifically because of that. She went off to space to avoid hurting people. And that's why they couldn't have just have her on earth during the events of Avengers. I really like that idea.
Jesus that’s dark. I bet we’ll see Carol by Maria’s side when she passes. I think Monica doesn’t like her because she never came back after 1995. (Until after the snap)
Didn't anyone notice how during the recap, Wanda changed her words (referring to Monica's disappearance) to "She is gone honey..SHE DOESN'T BELONG HERE!!!" Earlier she had said : "She had to rush home"
I agree: "Never skip the recap" - THEY CHANGED A LINE. Wanda explaining where Geraldine went to Vision went from "She had to rush home" to "She's gone. She didn't belong here." (Why would they change it? And what else have they changed....???) And I get that it opens up so much for the MCU but I love ATJ as Quicksilver! Glad I'm not the only one that reacted that way cause I want that one back too! It's cool and all and it's growing on me with the possibilities but I do love the ATJ Quicksilver so this one feels so wrong interacting with Wanda. But I would kinda love to see other X-Men characters that we know and love for a limited time multiverse thing (cameos?) and then they can do whatever they want within the main MCU at that point with new versions for our world. That feels like the (pun intended) best of both worlds so that it's not entirely replacing years of wonderfully casted versions while also getting a do-over for them in the MCU. That also makes me way more hopeful for potential cameos from some of the bigger names that I'm sure were initially put off at the idea of continuing to play the character while essentially undoing everything they've done in the last 2 decades. This way that version exists and is honored (with better material and proper reverence) while also doing whatever new stuff with new actors. It's a tough thing to balance since the casts were amazing and there are some I can't really imagine replacing but I could see it working rather than absorbing what already exists and pretending it's MCU quality. Multiverse for the win!
I think the dialogue change was a warning to potential viewers. Originally it was a passing comment to Vision... ''Oh she had to rush home'. Now it's meant as a warning to whoever sent Monica in .... ''She doesn't belong here.'' As in, stay the F out of my town.
what if billy was the one that brought that version of pietro? she couldn’t control his power so after her mom told em about her brother being so far away, he tried to bring him there to meet their mom just like he does with teddy’s mom in the comic but he brings the wrong version of teddy’s mom and that’s gonna be the same case with pietro😱
Man I couldn’t think the episodes could get even better and they always do.. And I really think if episode 6 is that Halloween one shown in the trailers it’s gonna be the best episode by a mile
This show is so good, always has you on the edge of your seat not knowing what's gonna happen next. That quicksilver made me straight jump up out of the chair. Now we struggle to wait for next weeks episode.
Bringing in the Fox QuickSilver makes sense cause this episode was supposedly for the 80s so, with the fox movies taking place during that time, it would makes sense for Wanda to "rewrite" history then, a theory could be that once we get to a present day episode in the hex, he could be "recast" as Aaron-Taylor Johnson
@Bio Kimistry either way, why not just say “Pietro played by Evan Peters” the way it’s described in the audio implies the characters are one and the same
I'm contemplating on: 1. Agnes' comment of "Kids, you can't control them." 2. The fact that there aren't ANY kids in Westview aside from the twins. 3. Wanda seems to only alter reality, she can't create anything out of nothing...
@Bio Kimistry So what's his "CPU" without the stone... With what "A.I." was he loaded? The shell she removed from the lab requires an "O.S." Otherwise, he's no more impressive than a "Stark 2000(the future of toast.)" It's an opening for the introduction of "Simon Williams," if they so choose and they hinted at his brother "The Grimm Reaper" in the Ep.2 intro. It's writing for a SHOW. It's nothing BUT conspiracies.
I think it shows how much of his make-up was the Stone. His personality is intact because that was the Jarvis side, his emotions are the Tony/Bruce/Ultron side, and his operating system (for all intents and purposes) was from the stone. Because Wanda’s powers were created/augmented/awoken by the mind stone maybe the residual mind stone energy is what is making him “alive” now but they wouldn’t have his memories. He is a super advanced AI computer after all so maybe he just had his hard drive swapped so to speak.
@@bradyanselmi Right and he can't die. I'm not sure why this concept is so difficult. Yes, perhaps his "soul" travels to other dimensions, assuming that you're saying A.I. self-awareness sparks an energy signature and energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed, but parts of "The Vision" are everywhere and there are rumors that "Simon Williams" may be introduced. No. The first time Quicksilver is introduced in X-Men he was eating a red popsicle, so its a reference to that moment when he saw that Vision is red, "Whos the popsicle?"

I'm loving the commercials. The drink the woman spills is red, like the blood Wanda spilled in Lagos. Also, why is no one talking about that very brief cut to Wanda during Monica's scans at the beginning. Right after she says "grief" we see Wanda in her Endgame funeral clothes crying.
Looks like it's part of the scene where she steals Vision's body. Monica did mention that she telepathically communicated with her. I think she transferred her grief as well.

I swear if that aerospace engineer is REED RICHARDS...I’m breaking down
That was my first thought also.
I think it's Adam brashear a.k.a Blue Marvel
SAME
Remember when Magneto took control of the guns and turned them against the cops in the first X-Men movie? Wanda did a similar thing here.
Mind Blown.
Now this, of all reactions out there, is the one that i have been anticipating the most!
We gotchu
Found this channel through a reaction compilation. Really enjoy you three.
11:45 Pretty sure Wanda just blew up Agustin's brain
That was great to see. He was legitimately shook for the rest of the episode
It's okay. She'll pull an alternate Augustine to replace him
11:53 love how mutants sounds like MUNCE MUNCE MUNCE
Love y’all’s reactions keep doing what ya doing!🙏🏼
I think the reason Monica doesn't like cpt. Marvel is because of a Dr. Manhattan situation. Where constantly being around Carols cosmic radiation gave Marie the cancer that killed her.
That's an interesting thought. So she could have been off earth specifically because of that. She went off to space to avoid hurting people. And that's why they couldn't have just have her on earth during the events of Avengers. I really like that idea.
Oh wow.
I was thinking more of her not being there for her mom when she died
@@Dp_is_Op also a possibility.
Jesus that’s dark.
I bet we’ll see Carol by Maria’s side when she passes. I think Monica doesn’t like her because she never came back after 1995. (Until after the snap)
they are exactly reacting the way that I do and that's the reason I love these guys!
Great episode. I also got Magneto vibes with Wanda redirecting the guns like he did in Xmen. Can I dream of an Ian McKellen cameo?
Same
Norm saying "she's in my head", but never actually mentioning Wanda. Could it be Agatha Instead??
Agatha running the whole operation
Or Dottie
Didn't anyone notice how during the recap, Wanda changed her words (referring to Monica's disappearance) to "She is gone honey..SHE DOESN'T BELONG HERE!!!"
Earlier she had said : "She had to rush home"
First time viewing I was fairly sure she didn’t say that. Thanks for clearing that up
notice also when Darcy says she re-cast pietro the alarms were going off, indicating another breech I think
She definitely pulled him from another universe
Visions line "we are usually so much of the same mind" great and very important line
quicksilver xmen is 80's version it fits wanda 80's reality
Make sense i guess
@@EFANZPro also the Quicksilver that Wanda knew is dead
@@TheMattHendrix sure but vision is also dead
@@brxnv_ vision is a robot
@@aswadsheikh8051 vision is a living organism thanks to the mind stone, he’s even more impossible to resuscitate in comparison to pietro
"Something's scaring him."
...
"I'm scared." 🤣
I agree: "Never skip the recap" - THEY CHANGED A LINE. Wanda explaining where Geraldine went to Vision went from "She had to rush home" to "She's gone. She didn't belong here." (Why would they change it? And what else have they changed....???)
And I get that it opens up so much for the MCU but I love ATJ as Quicksilver!
That's the best idea
Let characters stay dead
Glad Im not the only person that noticed that change in dialogue! 👍🏾
i think it’s supposed to feel wrong. wanda couldn’t resurrect pietro so she went and plucked another quicksilver from a different universe
I think this makes the most sense
I was thinking exactly this!! The kids pulled him from another multiverse for their mom...
...uh...holy shit lol
Wow.
@Judy B have you watch the leak from halloween ep? Idk he sound kinda like a jerk 💀
Man I couldn’t think the episodes could get even better and they always do.. And I really think if episode 6 is that Halloween one shown in the trailers it’s gonna be the best episode by a mile
ooh episode 6 will be crazy! 7, 8 and 9 jump into a whole different level
Hector, you nailed it with Evan Peters just being an Eastview resident, BRAVO!! 👍🏼😊
LOVE yall breakdowns. all 3 legitimately know what you're talking about and have an amazing knowledge of the Marvel Universe. preciate yall!
This show is so good, always has you on the edge of your seat not knowing what's gonna happen next. That quicksilver made me straight jump up out of the chair. Now we struggle to wait for next weeks episode.
"It's like John Stamos with a purple face."
Subscribe button smashed.
I get a genuine excitement when I see a video is posted!! I LOVE you guys!!
When I say I SCREAMED at this notification!!
I'm glad we bring out the best screams.
This channel deserves so much!
If you watch this with the subtitles on it says "Wanda stares at Pietro from the X-Men movies"
@Bio Kimistry either way, why not just say “Pietro played by Evan Peters” the way it’s described in the audio implies the characters are one and the same
I'm contemplating on:
1. Agnes' comment of "Kids, you can't control them."
2. The fact that there aren't ANY kids in Westview aside from the twins.
3. Wanda seems to only alter reality, she can't create anything out of nothing...
I know where you're heading and I was thinking the same thing
Welp, apparently with Chaos magic, you CAN create from nothing. In the MCU, at least....
This "Vision" has to be a backup copy. It explains the lack of memories. They aren't blocked. They aren't there.
"He didn't even know he was in there until I found him."
@@chrispittman8854 facts you know your shit. That is the man Wanda should of always hooked up with. The Vison has Simon's brain patterns.
@@dominicandostoyevsky2429 Dude, I've just read WAY too many comic books. That story was part of a whole "Wanda, Vision, Wonder Man" love triangle. At the time it was a big deal. There were even some frames where it got a little "Romance Comicish." We won't be seeing THAT, obviously, but I'd be shocked if they didn't use the opportunity to throw "Wonder Man" a bone.
At 11:30 Adam reminded me of the Penguin when he loses control of the batmobile 🤣
Anyone notice Quicksilver's "popsickle" line? Like he can see Zombie Vision instead Wanda's Vision?
That android is a floating hot dog.
Cause he’s really an ALL seeing trickster demigod/demon in disguise!?😜
No. The first time Quicksilver is introduced in X-Men he was eating a red popsicle, so its a reference to that moment when he saw that Vision is red, "Whos the popsicle?"
Him being a trickster would be a very cheesy plot. I really hope that it's not the case.
@@JGallahon What? Him begin Mephisto is comic accurate... Hahaha
You gotta love Hector's confidence in saying 'Agnes or Quicksilver' are at the door and they STILL manage to shock him!
Imagine if Deadpool shows up at the very end of this show
He’ll break the Hex wall (or as I call it, the *Fourth Wall*)
Breaking the fourth wall while breaking the fourth wall? So Deadpool.
I think Deadpool needs to take the place of Stan Lee as the token cameo in marvel from here on out salt least as an homage to Stan.
Brady Anselmi That’s like.. sixteen walls
Or the whole X-men
@@bradyanselmi I’d like to see that.
i started doing a rewatch of WandaVision [like i needed a reason, iChuckle] and after each episode, i popped back here; the excitement is still real to me. thanks for this. with everything else going on in the world, i truly thank you for moments like this. be well.
The children asked if Wanda had a brother, she said he was very far away (not dead) and it made her sad. The children grabbed a Pietro from another universe to make her happy, but didn't know it was the wrong brother. You can't bring back the dead.
yeh i agree, she cant affect anything to do with her children or wiccans creations(wiccan has her powers). Im guessing its wiccan who pulled the stork, pietro etc. But someone else is triggering wanda's episodes(lol)
@@Kaanan we have to remember this is all "for the children" and the fact there are no children left in West View makes me think they've all been taken. Wandas kids might be just what "they" need.. (cough) Agnes and Mephisto (cough) 😉
That's the best theory I've heard yet!
I think that's a shot from a future episode. It looks like she's kneeling on her street.
It's not the funeral clothes. Looks like the clothes from the Sword footage, though.
Looks like it's part of the scene where she steals Vision's body. Monica did mention that she telepathically communicated with her. I think she transferred her grief as well.
I love the discussion part and the reaction too obviously. Love ya guys 👌🏻
The scene with Norm was heart breaking.
Watching you guys collectively flip out at 11:28 was genuinely hilarious LMAOOOO
You always make me feel with friends.
Nice reaction guys. Great work!
Just imagine if sir Ian mecallen shows up at the end....i better have 911 on speed dial 😂
If Magneto Ian Mcellean or Michael Fassbender shows up I may lose it.
Everything aside, doesn't Fox Pietro in WandaVision feel like an Uncle Jesse parody?
Looks like we'll see next week for the 90's episode ;)
Remember that old meme in which Aaron's Quicksilver was calling Vision "microwave"? Well "Popsicle" is also good. 😅😅😅😅😋😋😋😋
Love you 3, didn't know you guys have your own channel now. The ultimate geek trio! Subscribed!
I think she pulled him in from another universe, and will send him back out of anger. The alarms going off right before they showed him in the real world could be a massive energy surge of her tapping into the multiverse. Also with the line "he's far away" when talking to her sons
Guys she didn't "recast" him. She was telling Vision the truth when the door bell rang and she said, "that's not me". Whomever sent Quicksilver wasn't Wanda
Yeah, I think Darcy was just operating on the assumption that Wanda is doing it all because that’s the only theory they have so far on the outside.
@@bradyanselmi Yes exactly. She's just like us... guessing. And I love that.
She recast Pietro, that was pure double meta.
I was so waiting for this reaction! I knew you guys would flip the freak out like I did. I watched it while I was at work. It was extremely hard to keep it together. 🤣
WANDAVISON diserves to be the start of phase 4....a big bar that’s been raised
Love the way you guys brainstorm! Keep up the great work Worrier 3! Lol
Pual yelling I DONT KNOW WHO I AM was utterly heartbreaking
I discovered you guys during the hype of Mandalorian S2... I'm loving what you guys are doing. While I really enjoy Marvel and am loving WandaVision, I'm not big into Marvel as a whole and don't know it's lore.. you guys do a good job in theorising and explaining things.... and I'm often having a chuckle at your reaction. Thanks for your work.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one losing my mind with that Quick Silver
Did you guys notice that her accent came back whenever she broke character or when she came out of the town?
Yup, makes total sense.
I smell a MULTIVERSE...
Each episode just keeps you more hooked than the last
Marvel REALLY did this good
I refuse to believe he's actually FoxSilver until he leaves WestView.
Well the one small, huge thing that makes me believe it IS the Xmen Quicksilver is that his hair is silver. MCU Quicksilver has blonde hair. The one we see in this episode has silver hair so why make him look exactly like the character from another universe unless he IS that character
I refuse to believe its him until his does a slo mo scene
@@itsboyaknow actually both of their hair is quite different. Pietro always had that dark root look with silver/white hair at the top and Peter had long completely silver hair with like a small side part. In the show, Peter has the same hair cut and color as Pietro from the mcu.
@@MsVenus101 lmao no he doesn't. Like I said MCU Pietro does not have silver hair. Search it like I just did to make sure before I said it. His hair is blonde with brown or black in it. Xmen Quicksilver has silver hair. Pietro we see in the episode has the same EXACT color hair that he has in the Xmen
@@itsboyaknow I had already searched. Even put them side by side then looked at the episode again. Peter’s hair is not the same from when he was in X-men but if that’s what you want to believe then I can’t change your mind.
2:47 - the face Adam makes is hilarious lol
They did Aaron Taylor Johnson dirty
yup, its all because of these fans are crazy over the cool quicksilver from the another studio. only because hes faster than aarons quicksilver, doesnt make him cooler.
@@ezothman I agree with you, but this doesn't erase Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Pietro. Otherwise Darcy wouldn't have recognized that it's a different guy playing him in the sitcom world. I'm still hoping they'll bring him back somehow.
@@MysteriousMrL it doesnt erase, but im afraid this will b our quicksilver in mcu now. if tat happens, meaning aaron quicksilver will stay dead. and it kinda erase the original pietro in the mcu.
commenting from the future and seeing the CONFUSION in their faces when Fietro walked in lmao same.
I have watched a few reactions so far and no one has noticed that the brush handle in the opening looks like the reality stone.
This is the reaction video I’ve been waiting for for this episode. You guys are the best.
"Kids. You can't control them." That's why there are no kids in the town.
Aerospace engineer. Reed Richards?
This sitcom episode took place in the 80s. The Fox X-Men movies take place in the 80s. So that Quicksilver isn't dead.
The commercials could be related to the Infinity Stones: Mind Stone (toaster with the glow in the middle), Time Stone (a watch) , the Tesseract ( square shaped soap) , the Aether ( the red liquid on the table)
really like this theory
Was just rewatching this. I just realised I would take Evan Peters as Ralph than QuickSliver anyday in WandaVision.
You see how after the episode almost nothing about what just happened got discussed, but what's to come. This episode had some amazing scenes. It's really on us that we try to jump forward rather than enjoy what is what is right infront.
Love these guys glad their back. I have been a fan since their first channel.
Adam: "Last week was tense..."
Me: "Oh just you wait..."
Hold my beer
Your reaction is absolutely great. I just subscribed because you guys are an entertaining group to watch. Can't wait to see your next reaction to WandaVision
