My dad also has duo citizenship with the US. When he worked in Illinois he had to pay US and Canadian taxes. They used Pricewaterhousecooper to do the US taxes. Hope you get everything figured out. But in the meantime, just Breathe as it will all fall into place. My fingers are crossed for you.

If you steam clean the carpets, invest in clear runners to go over when you have the open houses and maybe invest in disposable shoe covers for those people.

There is definitely a learning curve to using multiplacers. Practice definitely helps!!
Wow, there is so much stress involved in moving out of the country. I give you a lot of credit. Jasper Sea is looking gorgeous with all those colors. I submitted my exit form yesterday for #dpforpets2024. This was my very first event and I had so much fun doing it! Congrats to the winner🎉

The "bell options" have been around for a few years.
Nationwide and in Europe there is a severe housing shortage. That being said your house may sell fast. Outside of Washington Washington DC houses get a contract within two weeks. House down the street got multiple offers the first day.

For some reason Jasper Sea is calling my name even though it’s not anything I would typically choose until I saw it here. I don’t have room for large kits, so I wish there was a smaller size option. Since it’s an abstract, I don’t think the rendering would be an issue. I know it’s not available now, but if by chance I could get it later, is there anything you can say about it that would help me decide? Like vs dislike?
I'm not that far into it, but so far the only real negative is that it is a lot of confetti (doesn't bother me, but might bother some). I'm enjoying it - the colors are really vibrant!

And there are some very important issues surrounding Medicare. I don’t know what they are I just know they are very important and yes complicated and not in the citizens interest if they get messed up 😔
It’s like they make it super complicated on purpose so people just keep working!!
