Gimathi dear. I was good this batter fir elsi vadam should be fermented. This is called elai vadam. Arisi sppalam is different. The process is totally different. The are doygh is steamed, kneadec and then rlled like puris and then dried.

no we should gave to use flat kind of plate or u can use tiffen box lids
Then can we keep in normal pressure cooker or can we use steam mode in IP.
