    Something thats note worthy is that the buildings in TWTNW arent actual buildings just giant stone block. - Similar to the labirynth in KH3. - So the drak city isnt a real city more like a model or an imitation of one. Not just that but the sky isnt a sky either its just the rest of the "city" in an inside turned sphere shape. - Similar to the 1st phase of armored Xehanort in KH3. - The entire world is designed to be deciving, seemingly endless prison of sort.

    • @realjoemavro
      @realjoemavro 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      A definite possibility, but it's also possible that the buildings look that way due to graphical limitations. It's a shame that we never got to see TWTNW in KH3.

    What if Quadratum is the future of an alternate timeline where Xehanort won? The one we left behind in 3 when we time traveled? He DID want to make a world where light and darkness don't matter, and well, before we time traveled, he technically would have. That's why Yozora knows who Sora is, and why he wants to "save" him. Bc Sora died in that timeline. It's also why he disappeared. Because he was meant to die, so when he used the power of waking, the price was him returning to that timeline, where time travel didn't interfere with events, basically putting him back where he belonged. Its called "unreality" because all of reality was undone by Xehanort, resulting in the universe being rebooted. Could be a "World of Fiction" to everyone because that story would be exactly that to them, fiction, not the REAL story, but another story, nonetheless.
    The phrase "Another SIDE, Another Story" taken literally.

    • @Doc_Malior
      @Doc_Malior 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I can even take it further and say that maybe Yozora is Sora after the universe was rebooted and because the world has no darkness or light, he lived a completely different life, with a different name, and a different appearance. He could have dreams of before and remember that someone named Sora died. Maybe he even has dreams about the main timeline, and he sees how things went differently, because Sora lived there.
      "I've been having these weird dreams" could refer to that.

    • @okuro729
      @okuro729 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think this is more of an early concept that got more explored .
      It's like Metal Gear , for those who played the series .
      Kojima since the first metal gear imagined a military heaven that was called Outer heaven . At least for the first and second game , then he launched MGS games . And there was an interesting study about how this concept was evolving . And even modeling it's origin multiple time , using old scenaristic mistakes to transform them into awesome twists ect .
      So i'm sure Nomura had already in KH 1 the will to create a world that doesn't exist , where the fate of reality itself will be put on the table , like he did with the master of masters .
      Explanation :
      Kh1 : Sora is told that he is the only one who can wield a keyblade , because he is the chosen one
      KH2 and BBS : redefine this definition , by saying he was the last "star" of the actual generation to wield a keyblade in the events of KH1 and that the title of the "chosen one" is here because he didn't had the keyblade like any other person , but was chosen by the keyblade itself and that's why there are other Keyblade wielders , but he's still special.
      Unchained X and Union cross : Nomura took the original definition of the "chosen one" and gave it to the the Master of masters . There were other keyblade wielders with the master , but they didn't count as they were Keyblade wielders for some reason.
      There are other examples , but i think i proven the fact that he's clearly gonna try to put old elements as a new ones to better reflect what he really wanted . That's why so many are looking for the announcements in April .

    fascinating theory, This holds a lot more ground compared to what i've had in mind. that being the "End Of The World" and the "World That Never Was" were quadratum. in kh1 it was understood by goofy that it was a "heartless world" if that was the case, then a heartless world would rise from it as well. Quadratum wasn't brought up until kh3 a time when both worlds were long since destroyed. Much like the case for the former members, when their heartless and nobody forms were defeated, they reunite and become whole. The World That Never Was" would be the body of the world, holding it's memories of what it once was. (a grand city) while The End of the World being the darkness in the worlds heart being amorphous, and non descript.

    The World that Never Was is still one of my favorite KH worlds!!! And personally, it's still my favorite Final Battle World!! When Scala Ad Caelum was revealed as the final world in Kingdom Hearts 3, I was hoping it was going to be more explorable than The World that Never Was. Yes, you did explore it in the ReMind DLC. But it still wasn't AS big to explore. In comparison, The World that Never Was felt more expandable. Although I wish the city was more explorable. But aside from that, I still love it. I would say I would love to see it return, but hey! MAYBE it still lingers.

      TWTNW is my third favorite world right behind Halloween Town (KH2) and San Fransokyo.
      It's got a constantly changing atmosphere: dark, mysterious, and intimidating in Deep Dive, thrilling and mystical, but also treacherous in KH2, and nightmarish in KHDDD. The whole world is like a recurring nightmare that becomes more frightening and yet somehow more alluring each time.

    Well from what it seemed when Terranort was talking to kid Kairi, he intended for her to find the chosen keyblade wielder, who could’ve been Riku but ended up being Sora since the keyblade went to him instead. Terranort said that if Kairi went to Quadratum, then they failed so he knew about the place but at the time he wasn’t looking to go there, or maybe he never did and just wanted to save their reality. He just had the knowledge and was able to pass it down to Kairi and the others to help Sora. Also, idk about him intending to make The World That Never Was seem like Quadratum, because we gotta remember there were other worlds that were “civilized” too, like the Big Hero 6 world and Monsters Inc world. Like he might’ve, but it doesn’t seem likely. The name of the world too, it’s a reference to how Nobodies aren’t even supposed to be, like Ansem the wise said when he was acting as DiZ. TWTNW wasn’t supposed to be a world, but was made to be a base of operations for Nobodies. Sorry if I’m seeming like a jerk for saying all this, I know this videos just a theory, I just wanted to point this out.

    The World that Never Was COULD be connected or based on Quadratum. But based on my own theories I actually believe that it is (and maybe even Quadratum too now that I think about it) based on the world of the 7th princess of heart (Kairi) that MoM didn't preserve in data. If my theory about MoM using the power of waking to alter time in order to create the World of Fiction (aka Sora's world; a place and time after "Darkness Prevails") is true then Kairi's original world doesn't exist currently. Hence "The World That Never Was"
    Xemnas/Xehanort had these memories and knowledge of this place because they were possessed by the original Darkness who had come to being in the original timeline and traveled with MoM into the altered one and broke free from his original body (Player) through Dark Chirithy. Then MoM had Xehanort possessed by Dark Chirithy in the future and the rest is history

    I like this theory. Since Xehanort wanted to eradicate Light and Darkness so there's would be no war between them, he searched for the world that didn't have neither of those and thus he find Quadratum. I think he was not able to reach it or didn't had the chance to do this, so he conducted experiment to recreate this world so he could find how that world (Quadratum) didn't have Light and Darkness, in hope of achieve that same state of reality.

    Nice theory. Regardless of whether it’s true or not, the question of the origins of The World That Never Was is a question worthy of the Q&A session at the 20th Anniversary event. It’s too late to submit it now, but I hope that question is answered!

    I have always thought that there was more to the world that never was, and maybe the creation was this world was just a reminisce thing that Xemnas had. Furthermore I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the music that they used for both secret ending. There has to be more. Finally somebody came up with a theory of this, nobody listens to me lol. Good job as always

    I feel like Testuya Nemoura shouldn't waste the character of Xemnas as he was also Terra's nobody and would have returned to Terra's body as a heart not really Xehanort's. Though it'd be nice seeing Xemnas even if in another form. Because why not bring back the guy who has an idea of what Xehanort had in terms of plans.

    The need?! Being that are not of light or darkness would naturaly gather to a place that is neither of light or darkness made in the image of a world that is of that nature. Basicaly the WTNW is an immitation of a world of unreality which would fit beings whose existance is in flux.

      @@HMK I remember a video you made long ago that the KH universe and the Verum Rex universe are mirrored reflections of each other Sora uses magic while Yozora uses technology and both universes have different supernatural arts Magic and Karma (supposedly for the latter) respectively.

    This fable mirrors that of the fallen angels creating humans on earth and collecting souls in the process. My question is how do the writers have so many narrative downloads when Japan isn't a obvious bible nation
