1 bag of tilapia fillet - can use any fish fillet about 2 lbs

1 egg
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
long green bean or green bean, a few - make sure to chopped
3 green onions chopped
