First of all ford car is not for those who are crying for 2 to 3 km less mileage, Heavy engine, strong built quality, powerfull ac, 6 airbag, integrated abs these are required for your family safety.
Check the crush test video in youtube where ford figo get 3.5 star rating where other same segment cars are zero to 1 star.
So its upto u what u need.
Watching your 4 year old video made me realise what actually is growth is.. the confidence with u upload your videos now and then far apart.. hat's off to you for your dedication and hard work.

In Variant wise comparison, does Ford Aspire S TDCI makes a better buy (value for money) than Ford Figo S TDCI Varaint ?? i like the black alloys and dual tone paint in Figo S, i wish we could the same in Aspire models as well.
Not only ford figo, you will find power and mileage issues in petrol powered cars in this segment across all models. I own a i20 petrol myself and the pulling power is horrible.. With Ac on and 4 normal sized people onboard you really have to struggle to get the car going, forget overtaking.. Sometimes I press the pedal full out of frustration, even then it doesn't respond the way it should.. So guys, those who are planning to buy a new car, I suggest you go for diesel..

I agree with you, because I have a i20 active petrol car... i get the same under powered engine effect when there are more than 2 passengers in the car and especially when you are driving in bumper to bumper traffic and on Inclines. Best is go for diesel for sufficient power, low end torque and better fuel efficiency though it costs 1-1.5 lakhs more than petrol variants.
Uday Nair Of course.. When I drove one of my friend's Ford figo diesel for 160kms.. I really didn't wanted to get off from the driver's seat when the journey ended. It was such a nice and powerful car to drive.. Overtaking is so easy.. braking is excellent.. no frequent gear shifts needed.. Of all the cars I have driven I found the engine in it to be the most responsive.. My next car will definitely be a ford figo diesel..
Even my next car will be ford Aspire Diesel most probably S edition because of its bigger alloy and stiffened suspension.... assuming 174mm GC will tackle most of the bad roads (pot holes, speed breakers) compared to other compact sedans, moreover, I need a powerful car (with good low end torque) for my frequent trips to hill stations and day-to-day bumper to bumper traffic, where i find the Petrol don't cope up as good as diesel cars (my earlier car was Chevy Beat Diesel and now i own a i20 active petrol which is fantastic for plain highway roads). Only point of concern will be Ford service quality, heavy clutch pedal) in Bangalore.
truly said after driving figo for 4 months now i have realized what a gem i hv brought service was best no complain but its the car the way it drives and security u feel when seated inside an driving ! handling is excellent mileage is comparable with others city 13 to 14 ! Sir I am looking to buy an automatic car within a budget of 10 lacs, personally I like jazz because of cvt and honda reliability but baleno is cheaper and yet have better features, and just came to know that huge discounts are available on ciaz automatic (it will coat around 10 lacs OTR delhi for delta automatic ), but ciaz is having 4 speed conventional AT... Please suggest, open to other recommendations also... Thanks

He has explained it well. I have an aspire petrol in the family. It's not a punchy engine and the average is of approx 12 kms/l at around 10k kms on the trip meter. For people who commute short distances in the city the engine is sufficient. You will need to downshift when climbing and the car is carrying sufficient load. However, it's biggest plus is in it's refinement. The cabin remains so silent that one is confused whether the engine is running or not! Ford has produced an engine which in NVH rivals those by Hyundai (which according to me produces the best petrol engines). If your focus is on convenience and a pleasurable easy to handle ride, it's a good car. However, if you are a keen driver, go for the diesel variant. A friend of mine also owns the Ignis. It's engine is overall more peppy but the plastic and sheet metal quality is horrible. The entire plastic cradle around the gearbox moves if you press it. It's paper thin. Although it's not as quiet as ford, the sound is sporty. The worst out of all is Tiago. Every damn thing in the car vibrates, from the clutch pedal to the gear stick. It feels like a diesel engine and is completely devoid of refinement.However, of all three Tiago is the best equipped. But, I think the Harman 8 speaker system has been put there to drown the noise in it's cabin. Tata compromised on mechanics by putting in electronics.

I totally agree with u. Night visibility is very low.it creat vry problematic situation when i drive my figo zen trend petrol car at rainy night.
You have said it very accurately boss. Mere paas ye gaadi hai.. New model titanium 1.2p.. The headlights are not much satisfactory. I have changed the stock lamps with osram nightcracker. Now its somewhat ok... Power.. Yes thoda lag karte hai with ac and full passengers.. Highway pe bohot smooth chalta hai 135 km/hr continuous drive mein vi kafi smooth feel milta hai... Milage... Yes 13.8 kmpl maximum mila hai with ac and 3 passengers. Space and comfort wonderful.. Built quality, balance, visibility kafi achha hai.. Bohot zyada features nahi hai, but essentials are there with very easy navigation. Overall small family car.. Travel with wife and kids are quite soothing...

As per my opinion if you want petrol varient go for swift because Figo has a power lag in petrol varient.
But if you want diesel varient I strongly recomend you to go for figo, it is best in this segment in term of diesel car.

both vehicles r good and succesfull,asta have more features bt one lakh costlier.
i think first u should confrm ford services in ur hometown,if it is satisfactory go for figo otherwise asta.

*2.* Black smoke issue
*3.* Vehicle steering tends to leftside while not holding
*4.* Front windshield issue i.e. change several times
*5.* low fuel economy @10kmpl in normal city traffic
*6.* Gate build quality is good than maruti but if compare with tata its 35-65ratio

Go for figo. Nowdays ford has the lowest maintanance cost. And Tata cars don't have long life.Just see the indica indigo etc. And the body of ford is far better than maruti. Ford is a world class company. And you'll get the most powerfull engine in this segment also. Maruti 1.2 liter petrol engines output is arround 83 bhp and figo is arround 87 bhp. And you'll get the more safety features like airbags in figo also
You want safety ? Trust Ford !! Ford is known for its safety . Don't regret later . Safety is first and the low maintenance. I prefer ford figo than swift or Tata car models

Good review. Recently bought figo titanium diesel @7.8 lack , checked all the Maruti vehicles all are highly priced with less power and features. Figo is good value for money with milage of 23/24 kmpl @ 80-90 kmph in highways

Figo has better stability, mileage and comfort than a Tiago and also in power Figo is best in segment no other car can beat Figo in it's segment and for safety Figo gets 6 airbags abs, ebs, esp and arp

cng ap lagwaa sakte hai..lekin automatic k liye me apko recommend ni krunga.. 15-20% power kum hojati hai... cng ap kisi reliable source se hi lagwaaye..

figo & i20 will give you best safety in its segment,diesel engine of i20 & figo is fun to drive powerful & smooth engine..tiago will give you satisfactory feel while driving when compared to other two cars. i20 will give you least mileage & tiago will give you highest mileage in these 3 cars...if u want mileage too than try to leave i20.. donnt take petrol engines of figo or i20,.. go for figo if you live in a major city because of its after sales service. any more doubt?

rhi baat aapk question ki ...toh ..thodi jyada chali hui h ye,baaki gaadi ki condition kaisi h(body,engine)ye toh dekh k hi pta chal payegi,u should search for more options or check this vehicle by local mechanic if possible.
or u can think about new alto starting from 2.46 lakhs(ex-showroom,delhi),it will give better mileage with new feel.
