To be fair to JoJo she is the only popstar I have heard of, that openly says that their gay. So if it's true, good for her. And we all know that you sometimes have to make static changes to be taken seriously (miley cirus, best example). As a speech therapist, I can’t believe her parents didn’t get her speech issue fixed before she was an adult (the one everyone is making fun of- her “R” sound is distorted). Super common speech issue in young children, but they usually get early intervention speech therapy through public school or private therapy when they are young.
I worked with a speech pathologist when I was in the first grade for the same reason(that was almost 60 years ago). It really spared me humiliation later in life.
It doesn't always work completely for everyone.
This kid in my school talked like this his mom would talk to him like he was a baby we was in 7th grade
She was told on Dance Moms when she was a kid, repeatedly, to go to a speech therapist. She and her mother both doubled down saying no. It's A LOT better than it was, but it's still there. They tried to say it was her accent and what makes her stand out. 🥴

Not really. She's obviously neurodivergent. There tends to be severe delays in certain things, they tend to truly not see inappropriateness etc, and they basically got baby brain and tend to perceive in ways that are ... delusional, in a innocent kinda way, but because there are other factors and esp when they are adults tho... it seems often quite bad. Takes a long time to catch up/for the lights to go on sometimes.

It's too bad there aren't people to help others like this, in these ways. I have helped others kinda bringing clarity to them in ways they can understand, so they are able to level up ... With still such little familiarity with things like adhd and autism and so on, people just judge others harshly. People deserve love tho, and understanding.
