Cricut tutorial | Make vinyl labels with a Cricut Joy | Great for beginners

Welcome to my tutorial using my Cricut JOY to cut vinyl labels to organize supplies in my craft space. I’ve been using these containers from K Mart New Zealand for craft storage for months now and the labels really finish them off and mean I can stop guessing which container I want. I need to see my supplies in order to remember I have them and use them and this storage method means I have loads of craft supplies in my space without lots of clutter. I hope this shows you how easy it is to create with vinyl and inspires you to create xo

How do u make all the labels look the same size regardless of how many letters there are, as the larger the word the smaller it goes like Shampoo turns out to be smaller but if i do eg Rice it comes out much larger. Please help

Im using the font Flashback like in your tutorial but for some reason lowercase 't' is not displaying properly. When I weld my label the cross section of the 't' disappears and it looks like letter 'l'. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Ive made all my other labels using this font, so I don't want to change now. Thank you.

Thanks so much for watching. I bought these from KMart NZ and they have the same stock in KMart Australia. It looks online like IKEA may have similar…I’m not sure which country you’re in but I do love these containers with lids to keep everything organised. I hope you find something suitable 💕

Hi. I read somewhere that when using glitter/shimmer vinyl, you have to use strong grip transfer tape. Hope it helps you, or maybe someone else who's wondering. :)
