Hi, well that's the kind of content I really love most. Cutting surprise eggs 😉. You never know what you get. The last two were just stunning. Greetings ✌
As i just told Michigan Rocks. Every time we open an ugly old rock and find beauty it is like Christmas to us. You did well my friend. Havagudun Jared.
Thanks for sharing the exposition of those stones Jared. Agree, wholly that you cannot expect them all to turn out awesome. I recently decided to cut through a bunch of teggs and 9 in a row ended up with plain opal! 🤨 Obviously from not only the same bed but same seam of bubbles too! haha So then I begged and pleaded with the rock gods to please let me cut a thunderegg with something different than the plain opal...lo and behold, on the very next cut...Solid rhyolite~😂🤣 Just the way the rock crumbles I guess~ Thanks again, have a great rest of your week~
Wow, I can hardly wait to decide which machine to get so I can cut open several decent sized Thunder Eggs from across the US, I’m hoping for some beautiful ones like yours
Richardson Ranch, McDermott.. are two of them.. Richardson Ranch eggs have a habit of blowing caps when cutting... Jason Hinkle and Casey Richardson would ID them all, they are the "Kings" of thundereggs...
I love It, I have cut maybe a thousand of thundereggs. I love that no 2 thundereggs are the same. What I like to do when I go thunderegg hunting Is put them In a separate bag and mark where It came from, So when I like one kind of thunderegg I can go to that place and hunt more of the same kind. Love the videos keep them coming, Bye for now.
Beautiful Eggs! I recently purchased an 8" slant cab and accessories from your link and I am beyond thrilled. I mainly do lapadary for jewelry and am getting better every day. Hi Tech has a great website and product line. Thank you for all the great rockhounding adventure video's.
Those are really cool dude. I think you should take the white bit out of the half that broke apart and cab it. I bet that would be an awesome looking super shiny one.
Hello my friend, your video is amazing and of course everything was beautiful but what I really liked was the second shot you cut because it looks very much like a lake in the woods !! Keep up the good work you do and always be careful my friend !! Have a good time !! Good evening from Greece !!
Saw the dog in the thumbnail, that’s why I watched this haha but no dog was in the video lol cool thundereggs though. I have a basenji mix and I don’t see dogs that look like the mix I have and wanted to see your dog in this video cuz he/she looks similar to mine.
Like opening Easter eggs! I’m curious if there are any indicators before you cut them of what they might look like? Great vid really enjoyed the experience ❤️
the first one you cut is a richardsons ranch thunderegg, second one is what i'd say is a mcdermitt but i haven't seen one like that..., third was richardsons ranch, fourth was 100% a mcdermitt egg, 5th also a mcdermitt egg most likely. im not really sure on beds though, especially with mcdermitt since there are SO many beds there, ive seen it for myself.
Uhm huge jasper ball mossy agate opal interior at east side of columbia river pasco area.. Wonder if washed in from anciant floods or salmon river ... From McDermott to Pasco flood plane..always curious..
@@CurrentlyRockhounding Lone Hill, Los Gatos, Ca thundereggs are probably my favorite. extinct locale but they're really cool. other than that, i really like mcdermitt thundereggs
The blue in the last one incredible and the banding in the second to last is awesome! It would be really nest if you could take just the core out of the one that crumbled?
Nice eggs! I just picked up a new blade from UKAM Industrial. So far so good. Would be interesting to do a blade comparison at some point! Getting into the different blade specs might be a little dull for some viewers though (pun definitely intended).
Whenever I see someone cut rocks, it Just looks crazy dangerous. Like there should be something to hold the rocks, with fingers that close to the blade.

Thundereggler really surprises. They're beautiful, thank you.
When you opened the second ,my jaw dropped on the floor! 😍😍😍
Thunder eggs are just amazing. The one with the greenish moss like optic with blue areas is my absolute favorite.
Yeah that one will look really good polished up.
It’s exciting to see what you are going to get when cutting thunder eggs. Thank you for sharing!
Exactly! I almost like getting a dud from time to time to keep it interesting.
I love the last one you cut, the 2 haves look like a dragon's face on profile and a wolf.
Good morning from Montreal Canada! Thunder eggs for breakfast, my favorite!! Cheers!

Looks like a smore!
Wonderful Thundereggs👍 always super exciting to cut them open.
They sure can be pretty.
Those last 2 are beautiful!!❤
They were all contenders, but I go for the blue one and the best. Great video, keep them coming. Be safe and stay healthy 😷⚒
I also like the blue, perhaps it cause its a color you just don't see often.
I favor #2 in your slide show. It looks like a photo by the Hubble! Love it!
It does now that you mention it.
I find thundereggs here in south central Colorado. I have yet to be able to actually cut one open though!!! Saw ordering is in motion! How fun!!!
If you have any little ones and know someone with a tile saw that you can use you can cut it on that.
@@CurrentlyRockhounding the y are about 2” + in diameter. Biggest one is about the size of two fists!
The mystery within revealed. It never gets old because it's part of "The Hunt".
Always good to test your equipment, beautiful thunder eggs awesome, thank you for sharing always enjoy 😊
Oh I do like the blue ones 🤗🤗🤗🥰🤗🥰
Amazing thunder eggs. Love them.
Right on man the bits are good for tumbler material
Check them with the UV light.
The egg at 11:18 looks like a forest fire with a lake, it’s just amazing to me that nature creates these
Ha, it kinda does. I can never see this stuff until someone points it out.
There are some thunder eggs with mesmerizing colors in them.
Wow is incredible!!! Looks like a new galaxy inside!!! Pure beauty!!!
Yeah they are really nice.

As you can see in the video some are kind meh compared to other but I think that keeps it interesting.
that blue at 6:30 and after... nice! WOW!

Nice thundereggs, each holds their own mystery!
They sure are lovely.
Good looking rocks! I really like that blue and green one.
Its a really pretty one.
Great info as usual! 🕵 Love the slide show, that blue looks like a lake to me. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing "Rock Bottom" in Ohio💯✔
#1 looks like white dove 💖
It does now that you say that.
Wow just made my day seeing all the earthly beauty thank u very much

Those are spectacular rocks. Thanks for sharing the reveal!
Thanks for coming by to watch.
Those are really cool dude. I think you should take the white bit out of the half that broke apart and cab it. I bet that would be an awesome looking super shiny one.
I might have to try and remove it from the host rock.
@@CurrentlyRockhounding That shouldn't be too difficult to do. Probably you can just cut it away with the trim saw.
The last two were really nice pieces. Well done 👍 very cool 😎
Blue with green was my favorite
It's pretty nice, I'm going to polish it up.
just keep Rockin and a Rollin. Cool video.
Thank you.

So beutiful, especially those with blue inside yes!! But almost all is beutiful in their own way. You had luck with those thundereggs :-)
What's up with the slab saw? O.O I thought for sure that one that broke was a septarian nodule. And those last two - WOW!
I fully took it apart and I'm getting all the parts for a full rebuild.
Those are great.
Thank you.
Is that common blue opal in the first one of the slide show?
Nice!
Thank you.
Loving your videos thank you for sharing!

Not really, but I think generally speaking the bigger the thunderegg the better the chances are going to be that its awesome inside.
Those are awesome 💪😎👍 thanks for sharing
Thanks for answering me back glad your from G.P. let me know when your over by the all sports park
I'm sorry I don't really follow what you're talking about here.

@@CurrentlyRockhounding Lone Hill, Los Gatos, Ca thundereggs are probably my favorite. extinct locale but they're really cool. other than that, i really like mcdermitt thundereggs
Beautiful I would put damaged cuts in my planted fish tanks if they are of non ph or KH altering rock.
The blue in the last one incredible and the banding in the second to last is awesome! It would be really nest if you could take just the core out of the one that crumbled?
I don’t know if muriatic acid would take away that particular host rock.
I think I could grind it away from the core maybe.
Yeah I don't think it would work here, muriatic acid doesn't work well on thing that have a lot of silica.
Wow, that blue, bands....but the #2 you cut "I see an old man's face "....
I love this! Beautiful!!!!
Thank you.
Love them so pretty 😍
They will look great when I polish them up.
So, what are the differences in the different blades and what do you think makes one work better than the other?
Its kinda complex I guess and I'm not really done yet so I would rather not really answer.
Can I send you pictures of one think is or maybe not , iv not cut it yet as I'm do amazed of it.?
You can email me.
@@CurrentlyRockhounding thank you

Thanks and I hope you don't mind if I steal that blade pun!
@@CurrentlyRockhounding I would be upset if you didn't steal it
What do you do with the discarded rocks?
I mostly throw them in a pile behind my house.
#3 looks like a desert
Whenever I see someone cut rocks, it Just looks crazy dangerous. Like there should be something to hold the rocks, with fingers that close to the blade.
The continuous diamond blades don't cut you so its not really dangerous at all.
I use to think that to lol
The blade won't cut you like a circular saw would. You would have to keep your hand against it for a few seconds before it could do any damage
👍👍👍👍👍Dear friend! Where can I order such thunderbolts with shipment to Russia?
I'm sorry but im not really sure where to buy thundereggs from.
The meaaa one looks like hotspring
Ha! It sure does.
Is that real time
I'm sorry, what?
The ice blue is hot.
I also like these ones.

Ill pay shipping on the white one 😃 😉 lol

Your thumbs are so close to the blade. Makes me cringe.
A diamond blade can't cut you.
