Mine just had 6 babies!! ❤️ I was really concerned about it being to cold in VA. Where I live. (It's winter time now) But the mother did a GREAT JOB of nest building and they are doing great! They are almost ready to be on their own. My grandkids absolutely loved being part of this!!
I found a nest in my back yard today - one baby was outside and looked dead so sad - I hope the mom is minding them :( thank you for the video it helped me to figure out they are bunnies and there age (about 3 days)

@@marissak7306 yes they are they don’t have pads to protect the rabbits feet and their feet with start bleeding and they will start to lose fur within the months after getting them a wire bottom cage

Thinking I had 2 boy 🐇 come to find today when I went to clean the cage several babies I have no idea what to do been told not to touch them and the mother will do everything is that true
@Laylah Jones I did research in my country almost every website says you better can’t touch the baby’s before an age of 7 to 10 days and even my grandfather says it’s and he had rabbits for a long time.
Yes they will sometimes eat the babies. But i have never had one do it because i touched them (but i handle the rabbis a lot so they all know my sent). I did have one do it because my dog scared her while she was having her babies when the dog went outside and went near her cage.
Our Latest challenge is that they are 2 weeks old and seem to not want bottle of milk anymore. Just today they started to slightly nibble on rabbit food pellets. But I know they still should be having milk also.

Or when you touch them than you give you’re sense on the baby’s and then the mother bunny won’t accept them anymore
