So true my rabbit gave birth out of know where I was going to feed her shes in a hutch at night but free roam at day and I opened the door and she had blood on her paws and then I saw her nest with a baby in it but the baby died few hours later but when I opened the door I gave her her food and she was acting like nothing happened 😂

Complimenti,che bella coniglia con gli occhi azzurri è dolcissima,anche la mua Margot che ho adottato ha partorito 1 mese e mezzo fà 5 coniglietti,però tre non c'è l'hanno fatta,non sò cosa sia successo,perché il ragazzo che me li ha dati,mi aveva detto che erano sterili e così mi ha colto impreparata e quelle mattine,faceva molto freddo e se avessi saputo,avrei provveduto a tenerla al caldo e separata dal maschio,perché io li tengo liberi in una casetta,dove avevo le caprette,perché in casa ho 5 gatti e un cane,però stò cercando di costruire per loro una casetta comoda e confortevole e trascorro i pomeriggi sempre con loro,perché è molto bello stare in loro compagnia❤❤❤❤un allegra e simpatica famiglia🐇🐇🐇🐇❤
Fun video. If your rabbit wasn’t likening her box though it was likely because it was so large and open which also meant her hay nest couldn’t be as deep as she might like. If you have another litter consider using a nesting box that is enclosed, about 2-3 inches deep, and only big enough for her to turn around in. It may sound like not enough space but by their nature rabbits only spend time with little babies long enough to feed them a few times a day, they don’t brood them like a lot of other animals. Speaking as someone who had rabbits for 10yrs and breed them several times

Rabbits prolly not too much. Rabbits have a high pain tolerance and the babies aren’t as big as human babies. Human babies are way too big that’s why human birth hurts a lot more than animal birth

Me he propuesto a dejar de consumir carnes (cada vez mi consumo de pollo y pescado es menor) quiero ser vegetariana al 100 %.

Here are 5, 1 was born hours before and I placed him in a warm and safe nest so other adult bunnies can’t disturb him.
Eu crio Coelhos,cachorros e gatos...e pela minha experiência cachorros são os animais mais pervertidos que existe sempre tentando cruzar com minha meu Coelho nunca tenta isso e ele parou de engravidar as Coelhas depois de 2 anos,hoje ele tem 6 e a Gata continua saindo pra rua pra namorar e tem que receber vacina constante se não para de parir,cheguei a conclusão que os Coelhos receberam a boa ou má reputação de representarem a fertilidade por puro clichê acho que domésticos são muito diferentes dos coelhos selvagens!
PS:Leões podem fazer sexo por duas horas seguidas

Very sweet although they should be left alone to give birth. You can see her eye constantly on the camera. Rabbits are amazing mums and don’t need human intervention while birthing. They almost always give birth and nurse at night or dusk when it’s dark and they feel safe x

I know it's nutrients, but it seems soooo strange that mom eats the placenta. They r herbivores
They always eat placenta, placenta is good nutrition and help rabbit to have the energy back after birth and this way rabbit mom cleaning nest from blood scent so foxes and wolves will not smell anything. Rabbits are prey animals and mom even leave the nest for a whole day and hide it under grass so other animals can’t find it!
Yes i understand. I've had many rabbits over 25 years. I don't breed though. I know why they eat it, it just seems so odd to see them eat it since they don't eat meat or meat like.

They eat the placenta to avoid leaving a blood trail for predators and also for gaining nutrition value of it, they also wash the blood and smell out of the babies.

One time, I bought a lionhead so my holland lop wont be sad and we first thought that they are girls but the holland lop gave birth which turns out the lionhead was a boy without us knowing until know (funny suspense noise)

If you can get a friend for your bunny make sure is different sex, get other bunny while both are still young. After 3-4 month rabbits get territorial and can start fighting if they was not raised together!
