Now I've seen the full video, love the iso > eccentric > concentric explanation, it's easy to the get lost on the science part and forget the practical part (and vice versa) you did a great job at keeping it balanced.
Thanks for the tips Dan. I will be incorporating this into my training. I have achieved a muscle up, but my MU are ugly. I feel like this will help me be more efficient. Really Enjoying your channel!!!
Could you do a video that explains how a beginner at a home gym should structure their WODs? I don't understand what I need to be doing. Should a heavy lift one day, then the next do 1 WOD, and in between do stretches? I have basically done a HERO WOD on even days, and on ODD days I do isolation/body building type exercises...I guess doing something is better than nothing at all, but I'm just curious to know how a pro or someone in shape would structure their weekly routine?
Appreciate the video Dan! Super great and helpful information, thanks for putting so much time into giving us quality content!
Thank you Dan! Im a weightlifter introducing to the crossfit. My weakness are the gymnastics. I will put into practice all this tips.

Yep, another great video Dan. I agree with Kaysta, a video on strict HSPU would be awesome!
