Here is a REALISTIC look at doing a Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party with a toddler/preschooler little! My daughter just turned 4 years old and lasted until about 10:30pm. Do NOT expect to get everything done. But, if you take it slow, you can have a very enjoyable and amazing night. We got to watch the parade, had an amazing spot for fireworks, did several trick or treat trails (though that was not our main focus), and rode five rides. I had an amzazing time and the vibe was just perfecct.
