I fly out of New Orleans. I reserve a spot in advance from "Park MSY". I've started driving myself and parking at the airport when possible to make it easier on my husband (so he isn't toting kids around).

At Webster, it's ALL on the first floor. Which is great if you have little kids and it doesn't clog up the elevator, like Grapevine. But, it is in a more condensed area.

It worked really well! My friend has the delivery service, so we didn't have to pay for shipping. The driver was great about substitutions and was left with bell services with no issues :)

Yes, everyone will get a bracelet upon arrival. We just brought a cooler of food from HEB (they have microwaves by the ice machine on every floor). It's SUPPOSED to be a one time parking charge, but double check your bill upon checkout...my husband left to get dinner for us and they charged us a second time for parking (for the same night) when he came back🥴

@ thanks! So they did fix the error about the parking for you guys. Good to hear We will definitely go to the Rudy bbq lol So much cheaper and probably better quality. I still got really shock seeing a burger for $20 without drink and fries 🍟 i thought I seen that wrong! We are determine to eat dinner outside of the resort and from what I see they didnt give any thing to put on your car to show you already paid the $15 parking per night that maybe why the double charge

@@tiendoan6417 When you check in, at least one wristband has to have a credit card attached to it for charging (and for the parking, I was told). But, for some reason, it charged him a second time when he scanned back in. I have had issues in the past with them and billing, so I'm VERY glad I walked downstairs to check out in person and review my bill.They took it off before I left (when I reviewed the bill with them in person). If you do automatic checkout and they charge you for something you didn't do, it's almost impossible to get that money back (they dodge calls like crazy!)

You do NOT! You can ride the skyliner on resort days. No park ticket needed ;)

All of the resort doors are magnetic...so the hooks would work (I've seen several people use them to hang pixie dust for people). No microwave, they do have one you can use in the main dining hall (you can request, but it's on a first come basis and usually reserved for medical needs). I always find walmart to be the cheapest (and if you sign up for the free walmart + trial, you get free delivery!...just be sure to cancel before 30 days if you don't want to keep it). Definitely a MUCH different vibe. Even from when I do my girl's trips. A MUCH more relaxed/go with the flow vibe in my happy place ☺ When not rushing from ride to ride, making sure everyone is fed, potty, etc, you're able to just kind of wander and take in all of the amazing details💙 BUT, track crowd calendars....just got back from a trip last night during a "slow time" and it was PACKED 😭 My anxiety was through the roof😵But, I definitely think us momma's need to get away for a few days if/when we can. We carry such a heavy mental load of keeping a household running smoothly. A little RNR is so needed🥰

We had a room booked (the road trip was to a hotel/vacation)😉 We also had a suitcase full of clothes in the back, and they were both fully potty trained and just using the car potty🙌

You can do longer, but an hour has been sufficient in my last 3/4 experiences :)

Love this comment🥺 It was DEFINITELY a much different trip/vibe being solo. I wasn't really focused on rides (those are more fun with friends/family). I think the one coming out next Tuesday is my favorite from the trip...just vibes💙 I do think everyone should do a solo trip at least once....especially us mommas. We deserve it 😭 Next series coming us is another girlfriend trip...we tend to go HARD because we feed on each other's excitement. LOL. Then a double family trip after that, that I cannot wait for!!!! I haven't! I honestly just can't justify the cost😥 Hubby and I are doing a week long cruise on the Carnival Jubilee over Spring Break (kids are staying with the grandparents)

Honestly, if you're a single mom wrangling both kids, I'd chose Webster just to make it easier on yourself...EVERYTHING is on the first floor. At Grapevine you have to go on different floors for different things and the elevator is always packed. I honestly did not have an issue with the chlorine at either location (and I'm asthmatic with sensitive skin).

2 singles are always an option! I just prefer to have my husband do all of the pushing and bus situations 🤣 You can also rent a double once you get there from a reputable company. I've heard great things about kingdom strollers!

@thesilentdiva_ from what I've found, yes. BUT, I have heard from others that they struggle to place an order through Walmart if outside of the USA. Target delivery is $10 delivery fee. Might be a good 2nd option

It's a pretty quick 10 minute walk. Honestly, with the walking I'm used to at Disney, this walk is nothing😅 And Disney Springs isn't too large of a place. They DO offer busses to and from Disney Springs, though, so that's definitely an option if you aren't feeling up to the trec😊
