I work here in the engineering department I was actually one of the people that responded to the call about the beeping noise in your room. The moisture detector in the room below yours was going off and just needed to be muted. I can’t believe they gave security credit for fixing it.
@ian8184 🤦♀️🤣 We'll, thank YOU and your team for fixing it....I thought I was going nuts at first 🫠 We were very impressed with how quickly y'all showed up and took care of the problem 💙
Thank you so much for posting this video!Couple questions sorry 😅 Would you recommend getting the meal plan? Also for first timer, would you recommend the grapevine or Webster? Thank you!
I would NOT get the meal plan. Stop at HEB and bring your own food (it's way overpriced and not great). The breakfast buffet was good. I would prefer this one if a first timer, but ONLY if not going on a weekend or during school break. It gets PACKED then and there's no dispersing the crowds. If going during weekend or break, I'd do grapevine, just because the crowds can spread out a bit more 😊
we are going in a few weeks, thank you for the indepth video. Would we missed out a lot if we didn't purchase any passes? We are just gonna stay for one night.
Nah, we've done 1 night at Gurnee and didn't get passes. For that short of a stay, I'd focus on the water park. Then, pay a la cart for 1 or 2 extra activities if you want to.
i have a baby, a 9yo and a 7yo who aren’t into fast slides. that being said, which do you think is best. great wolf grapevine or this new location? i have watched both your videos but can’t decide. we are driving from san antonio. thanks!
I think Grapevine has a little more to offer, but honestly, I think I'd go with Webster (pending you aren't going a crazy crowd time....because everything at Webster is on that 1st floor). It would be easier with a baby to just follow the other 2 on that first level, but if going at a higher crowd time, I'd go Grapevine, because it'll disperse the crowd a bit better (and the Grapevine waterpark is a bit larger overall)
anyone know why they stopped putting microwaves in the rooms?? Some people use the microwave to heat up baby bottles before adding formula and I can imagine it would be a headache to carry a screaming baby down the hallway to the microwave at 2am to get your bottle ready. Also thinking about people trying to save money on food and meal prepping or bringing food to heat up. Sounds cheap and not keeping the customer in mind to not add microwaves to rooms....I feel like this will just encourage people to bring their own appliances lol
Rumor is, it's for safety reasons, as they can be a fire hazard. BUT, they also removed the TV in the kids' area, soooooooooo........👀 They also definitely want you to spend money on food there🙃
So excited

@@mommasnark6534 thank you so much! Appreciate it 😊 great videos btw. Watched both of your great wolf reviews and tours.
@@Kricaljace thank you 💙
Thanks! I'm in Pearland and have been waiting for this to open. Kalahari in Austin was fun but this is certainly closer!

I'm so glad the magi quest is on the first floor because it used to be 8 flights of stairs a couple of years ago😂
