Yikes! Taking you to meet the same character at the same time in a different location is a massive Disney no-no! I’m a little shocked that the cast member offered that and didn’t offer for you to meet a different princess (Tiana, Elena, etc.) or give a lightning lane for Cinderella at a different time to at least maintain the illusion that she left the castle for a different meet and greet. You had such a great attitude about the whole thing! I’m sorry your meal was less than ideal, but glad sweet Ellie had a great time!
I was very surprised at the whole situation! When Ellie asked if there were 2 Cinderella’s… I was completely stumped on what to say 🥲🙈 Apart from the princess situation, the overall experience was good.
I’ve been to the castle multiples times and have never once had a experience like this, I’m so sorry! We prefer going for lunch or dinner, I find the food to be better value for your money. In October we took out 12 month old and we saw 4 princesses, and they were all amazing with her, we didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely give it another shot!
Glad you tried to enjoy the experience, even though it wasn't what you anticipated! I recommend giving it another try! Enjoyed seeing everything inside the castle.
We have done both lunch and dinner several times. I agree about the food, but our interactions with the princesses were fantastic! Hoping your next time is amazing!
Wow, this is so different than our experience last August. We did an early lunch, they only let like five families at a time in the area to meet Cinderella. We met her within 5 minutes. Our food was so delicious and we had amazing service. We met 5 princesses, including Aurora. My kids are a bit older (5-10 years old) but they still say it’s the most amazing thing they’ve done. Man, I’m so bummed for you guys.
Back in 2008, when our girls were 7 and 9 years old, we went on our first trip to Disney. We did the Dining Plan and didn't know about booking ahead so by the time I figured that out we got the last dinner time for Cinderella's Royal Table at 9:40 pm. 😱 BUT what was amazing and unique was that we got to watch the fireworks from INSIDE the castle! What an incredible and unique experience!! ✨✨✨ I can't tell you anything that we ate or if we met any Princesses but I still have my wand like Ellie got and we will never forget that experience. 🩵🩵
This makes me sad. This is one of my most favorite memories from Disney. We received all you can eat breakfast and was able to meet every princess. I wish our children could experience the same Disney we did!
If you ever find yourself coming to Disneyland they have a princess breakfast adventure at the Napa rose which is so worth it! My daughter loved it and you get to meet 7 princesses and you can take your time. Bonus too is that you don’t need a park ticket for it since it’s in the Grand Californian 😊
Such a bummer it was a bad experience, we’ve done it a few times and had a great experience! Sounds like it was a super off day! Hopefully if you do it again you can have a better experience in the future!
I have been lucky to go to Cindi's Royal Table every time we go. I have had at least 12 meals there and need to say that was an unusual experience. Meeting Cinderella first sets the moos for the entire experience
I'm so sorry you didn't have a magical experience! Everytime we have been there has been no line to meet Cinderella, and at least 5 princesses! It's definitely not an every trip meal, but fun for special occasions!
When we went it was before the princesses returned after Covid. Very expensive for the experience imo. With all there is to do at Magic Kingdom I wouldn’t say it’s a must do.
Oh my...you are not the first vlogger I've seen that had the same kind of experience😢 You are absolutely paying just to be in the castle. Personally, I'd rather pay way less for the same breakfast at the resort food court and meet princesses in the park. On the other hand, Akershus is well worth the price!😊💐
Ah man, that’s sad that it wasn’t everything it’s supposed to be. We’ve been a couple times and had great service and great food. Probably the best food we’ve had in the parks. I’m sure Ellie will want to go again. I hope your next experience makes up for this one! 😊
I was wondering if Ellie would pick up on the fact that there are multiple Cinderellas! Bummer that it was an off day, but glad that at least made up for it a bit. We want to try it at least once someday!
I may be in the minority here, but I feel like the characters being added to the dining portion was a mistake. I preferred when it was fine dining and you could meet Cinderella the fairy godmother downstairs. The food was better, and you could enjoy a quiet dinner and watch the fireworks. I’m all for character dining, just not in the castle. Akershus feels like a castle and is a better location for characters to meet with guests.
That’s disappointing that they change up the princesses like that, sorry you didn’t have the best experience, it is cool to see that they still give out the wishing stars and magic wands I still have mine from when my parents took me back in 2009
The service when I went for dinner wasn’t that great either. It was okay because it was in the castle my kids were excited about that but it was a one and done thing for us.
I think it's alright, given the location, meeting 3 princesses one on one. The food is not worth it, is the same items you get on a Disney cruise at the buffet! All you can eat. I'd expect Cinderella to be a mandatory to be at the breakfast, since this is her castle! You both are so beautiful ❤❤❤
It was so much better before 2020 shut down 😮. My grown daughter cried and food was very fancy so maybe not for everyone including me but I’m thinking it’s an older child’s experience. She and I enjoyed the upscale fun and being in the castle was a bucket list for me . They were wrong to show her two princesses 😕.
I have a question if you choose to take your 19 month old understand she would be free and eat off our plate is that correct? Oh, but if I want to let her eat off her own plate, I’m allowed to do that and purchase it.
Correct! Under 3 eats free at buffets and character meals. If you would like to purchase extra sides for your 19 month old, you absolutely can! We’ve even had cast members ✨sometimes✨ just bring out extra sides of eggs, waffles, etc for free for my toddler ☺️
For $69 and $42 they should have every princess on the card there. especially if the breakfast is no longer unlimited. I know you're paying for an experience but that experience is small for those prices.
I always feel like it’s a little awkward meeting characters when you’re in the middle of a meal (and a lot of times the pictures aren’t the nicest). With an experience like that it would have been nice if they gave you a little bit of extra magic with a free lightning lane on a ride of your choice. Even if it was an “off” day for them, the guest shouldn’t then have to pay the price financially AND experientially!
Hmmm thinking maybe we will hold off and try the Princess breakfast at EPCOT instead.

I love that you tried really hard to keep spirits up, even with a less than desirable experience. Can’t wait for your next video 😊
Always keeping it positive 🥰😅
I was suprised at the number of stairs you had to climb! Whew you are in great shape! lol It seemed so very loud in there! Thanks for the inside peek!

Thanks for this review! I always go back and forth about booking this dining experience!
Absolutely! The reviews are such a mixed bag 🤪
Glad you tried to enjoy the experience, even though it wasn't what you anticipated! I recommend giving it another try! Enjoyed seeing everything inside the castle.
I would be interested to see what dinner is like! But for the price, it’s tough 🤪😂
We have done both lunch and dinner several times. I agree about the food, but our interactions with the princesses were fantastic! Hoping your next time is amazing!
Thank you, this review is very helpful!
Those blueberry Mickey muffins were the best part of our breakfast 🤤
I stuffed 3 in my 🎒🤭
😂😂😂😂😂...I'm going this Friday and may do that lol.
dang! thanks for the honest review! i’ll probably pass😅

Good morning Bekah happy Friday morning and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter
Thank you!

I’ve heard amazing things! ☺️
Such a bummer it was a bad experience, we’ve done it a few times and had a great experience! Sounds like it was a super off day! Hopefully if you do it again you can have a better experience in the future!
Hopefully we can give it another try later on! ☺️

I keep hearing such mixed reviews 🤪 But yes, such a fun experience for special occasions! ❤️
Can I ask what time you went/day of week? Want to try to go at a more “off breakfast time for hopefully less chaos.
The video I had been waiting for!
🥳🥳
Same!! Going in 27 days!
Is there a video comparing the different princess character meals? I'm not sure which one to pick.
Yes! ☺️ You can check out my Akershus video here! th-cam.com/video/LfLHPx0U0w4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1xjj7R7iqJzO10I_

Without the princesses, I can imagine it would feel disappointing. I agree, so many other amazing things to do and places to eat 🙌🏼❤️

So sweet, Bekah🥰🥰🥰

I was honestly shocked they allowed that to happen! 🫢 It definitely took away from the magic when Ellie’s asked if there were 2 Cindys 🫠

We were most disappointed not to see Aurora 😢 That was tough for Ellie. So happy about the magic wand though! 🙌🏼❤️
Nice video I had dinner at Cinderella royal table

A buffet would be amazing! 👏🏼 I agree, I’m not sure what happened with the Cinderella situation this day 🥲
Is Tianna there
She’s not 🥲

How much was your meal?
$125. Excluding tax and tip.

CRT is never at the top of the list for dining. 3.5 princesses is disappointing. Akershus at Epcot was amazing and definitely worth the money!
I agree that Akershus is the BEST princess dining! 😍🙌🏼
Disney overbooked, plain and simple. $$$$
So loud! Could barely hear your commentary
Agreed, another downside to the restaurant. One of the loudest dining experiences I have had at Disney.
