As a Jamaican I can definitely feel my ancestral connections watching this - Jamaicans ALWAYS talk in sayings and this is definitely left over from our ancestors who were bought to the island - it is nice to feel that no matter how they tried to stop us the ancestors still managed to preserve and pass on some of our African culture and parts of the Akan language

True Family. This is African. This is ours. This should be in the hearts & minds of all Black people on this earth--our own perspective.
Those who were kidnapped, stolen, scattered, and indeed, even those colonized in the Motherland, had our minds shredded, shattered, and ripped of our own knowledge, experience and perspective. Only to be replaced with foreign ideals and religions that condemn our Ancient African brilliance.
Thank you so much for exposing us to this (fortunately) preserved African Traditional wisdom. Keep it coming. 💖💖💖💖

What is documented is within for no one can tamper or intentionally try to dismiss. Self taught for the truth is a journey that I would never get so caught up that I don't enjoy.
