Gents, i love the Mini Rebuilt but the direction this is heading does imho do no justice to the orgininal channel, if you want to go and stay on this path, you should create a subchannel for this type of content and keep the "Mini Rebuilt" free from this.

The mini was interesting. But doing simple repairs to bangers has been done on wheeler dealers for years. Not my thing but good luck in the future and I hope it works out for you.

I never normally criticise someone's content, and I find it hard to swallow myself when I'm on the receiving end, but I do wonder if this this is the right direction for a channel that has earned so much respect for your skills in creating the Mk1 Mini.
With respect I different. Yes the Mini project is why I follow the channel but it’s also helpful to pick up other information too. The tricks and techniques of making the brake lines was helpful. Mark and Dad are clearly experienced engineers and for me there is no harm in learning from them.
Mmm... new content seems to be dividing the fans a little bit. I can see that you are just trying something a bit different for you two, but possibly a theme that we have all possibly got a bit sick of after only being able to watch Wheeler Dealers and Flippin' Bangers before there was such excellent content on You Tube. You are a couple of great guys who work well together, so long as the Mini comes back at some stage, then I will be keeping subscribed and looking forward to new videos. I think perhaps there will be some new fans come along that will learn a few things from yourselves, and will be given a bit of confidence to tackle some jobs on their own cars. I would not have really had the confidence to paint 3 cars now had I not watched excellent channels like The Gunman, Tony's Refinishing and Paint Society.
After cleaning your bead on your rim..put some bead sealant around bead to seal it better....you won't have to deal with it again ..till you change tires...

I only have a passing interest in car repair/restoration, so tips and tricks and something repaired is good enough for me. Beats the endless quiz shows and reality progs on the tele.
