man, the sound of the ball being struck from Rublev's forehand is just incredible. Love this guy's game. Hope he stays at this level for a while yet! He's fun to watch, even when he's getting frustrated with his play :P
One think about Rublev, all the power seemed to be generated JUST from his fast arm. He is not using his whole body. Its very obvious when he is stretched and not in position when hitting, his shots are significantly slower
I’m 56 and just got back into tennis after 25 yrs. I must have been killing it against the wall the other night, as a couple of young gun slingers on the next court invited me to hit with them. I couldn’t believe how hard they hit….and how hard it was to react to their pace, let alone get a decent racket on the ball. Watching these two hit at this angle blows my mind. Gives me a whole new appreciation for the game and it’s athletes. As a side note: My young friends eased up after watching the comedic spectacle of me chasing down a drop shot, tripping over my feet and skidding face first into the net! It’s hell getting old!!
I mean 2-3 tears ago when I was 22 and started playing some tennis there where mant guys there some around your age some much older than you that played great and could curvestomp me and my friends . Its not about getting old its that you literaly didn t plat the sport in mire than 2 decades
I honestly never realized from watching Karatsev on tv with a high angle how damn good this dude is. Rublev we all know hits the lights out of the ball, but Karatsev impressed the hell out of me. Both guys are so damn good.
Saw Rublev at Laver Cup. His forehand is amazing. The accuracy, pace and even the acoustics of his forehand was mesmerizing. Would love to see him win a major some day.
its incredible how fast these guys are hitting the balls, no video truly does it justice than seeing it live, there are hitting the crap outta those balls in every stroke lol
Aslan's ability to generate so much pace on the forehand while literally just flicking his wrist and timing the shot to perfection absolutely amazes me. Didn't realize that's how he hit the ball until now -- wow
The best forehead in the game. Possibly the best in the history of the game. Looks so effective, as every part of the swing look to be working to maximize the effect. Even Federer’s forehead looks handsy in comparison.
Rublev does something very unique with his torso during his stroke where he tenses the muscles and relaxes them fast as if he's spasming his torso to generate more power. I tried it hitting against the wall where you almost stop your forehand midway almost and it works you almost tense and stop and let that momentum carry your racquet forward. He is super relaxed and then turns on 1000 volts for a split second near contact. Its weird but he is doing something that really adds power here.
@@idarthcadeus definitely. I remember seeing his matches earlier this year in Monte carlo. He was so calm and confident, there was not a single flash of anger or fury. As a result, he defeated Nadal and played final against Tsitsipas where he obviously lost because of fatigue. And after that he returned to his psycho version of himself on court
Really close to Davydenko's game. Commits to every single shot, takes the ball very early, really consistent, but I'd say he hits harder than the latter. He's a true machine, but he's not the most powerful player among the young generation but certainly one of the toughest mentally ! He could potentially win a slam but I wouldn't bet on it.
It's the Laver 2021 paintjob (which is red), not 2022 (which is blue). The video was shot in October 2021 when IW got rescheduled after the US Open due to the coronavirus pandemic.
I have a question for learning purpose: At 4:37 - What was the mistake that lead to Rublev hitting the ball into the net? Wasn't he low enough or should his swing path have been more vertical or was the timing off? Please somebody help me out with your analysis
At first you're mesmerized by Rublev's forehand, then you realize that someone's actually there returning them all, and you become impressed by Aslan
Aslan's quads doing the heavy lifting for sure

He's fun to watch? I immediately turn the channel when he starts all his BEEEEEEH!!!!!
I ran some audio comparison software and the sound is the exact same as his hitting partners
@@yaqarm8822 Then I would turn him off too! Rublev's in-match noise is ridiculous!

Tennis humbles us all
Rublev's forehand is an absolute bullet. One of the biggest shots in the world.
I honestly never realized from watching Karatsev on tv with a high angle how damn good this dude is. Rublev we all know hits the lights out of the ball, but Karatsev impressed the hell out of me. Both guys are so damn good.
Yeah I was right next to him at the us open round 2 when he played Jordan Thompson... crazy shots and he came back from 2 sets to love
They all are. Makes me sad. Well glad for them at least :)
I mean literaly all of them are amazing(every pro player) and many top amateurs even. Rublev or karatsev are just more special
What a joy to watch.
That's a powerful forehand he has there! And on an entirely different note, his hair looks so lovely shining in the sun! ❤
i’m a ball kid for the bnp paribas open and just today, aslan hit me in the face with his return. will never forget💀💀
Are you ok? 😳
congratulations. You've been blessed
And you survived?!
Lucky
Ouch!! Hope you’re alright.
This does put a smile on my face
My god what a beautiful place to play tennis
The level of consistency is absolutely next level!! So fun to watch!!
This is so cathartic just to watch.

Rublev's forehand is like a machine
His forehand is literally a lethal weapon.
I mean, that statement goes for both guys, so i dont know who you're talking abt, but true either way

he definitely puts his body into it. A powerful hitter
Damn that forehand to forehand exchange was fun to watch...
Best view. Thank you for the excellent footage 🙏🏼
Karatsev outpowering rublev with flicks of the wrist. Insane
Love Andrey
I'm a simple man. I see Bweeh in a video. I smash the living "Bweeh" out of the like buttom.
And as hard as he is hitting that ball, the guy on the other side is calmly hitting them back
Killer forehand !!
These balls are having the time of their life, for sure

Thanks for this superb quality!
A special thanks for the 60 fps!
Rublev’s game is so mesmerizing, that power is unreal. His mental game needs a lot of work though, it’s bringing him down.
6:58 why is he so emotional in a practice holy moly
I like his powerful stroke and serve.
lets go‼️
UnBWEEHlievable!
Karatsev's groundies are wildly clean. 😨
@@derekshute7293 Do you are have had be went got might did could English?
would love more karatsev content 🤝
This is the perfect ASMR video
Having seen him live a couple times it’s really a different experience watching him in person….
Lol, I'm there again at 2:20 on the left with the orange shoes. Amazing how you got there at the perfect time to film these!
Nice to see some strong 4.5 hitting!
Haha, and these amateurs would only be "3.5 in my area"!
Damn, that racquet head speed!
crazy stamina to do that for a full match/practice

Rublev strokes are extremely fast!
A hitting machine
A good hitting partner is a joy to behold. It's hard to work on form when you're being run to death.
awesome shot!!
I’ll like to recommend Karatsev please ! 😊
Love how he's still super pissed even when it's just practice lol
5:58 Rublev controls his temper
6:53 Rublev doesn't control his temper
at that moment he wanted to reopen the gulags
lmao, perfect title for the video clip XD. Subtitle could also be: Bweeh the Katyusha rocket launcher (Stalin's organs) vs Tsar Bomba Karatsev
Bweehhhh
For the first few minutes I thought Karatsev seemed off, and it turned out to not even to be him 🤦
i hope one day i can hit a bweh forehand
ルブレブの「ぶうぃー!」が好き
Russian tennis has been developing faster recently!!
Which is honestly pretty impressive since the area is cold and very spread out.
@@Back2Zack yes, and there are very little courts available to play on. Especially when you live outside a big city.
Title is hilarious
So Andrey is being mad even at practice. Funny
He almost smashed his racquet 🤣
Not funny for his career. It will hold his potential back.

He's hitting some heavy slugs there
Karatsev was rallying at 50% speed while Rublev at his standard 100% bweeeh?
He's got stone cold metal in his veins!
My eyeballs hurt.
BWEH POWER!
If only Rublev packed more muscles,he would be an unstoppable force.Dude is built like a toothpick.
Yeah, I was like, the #1 guy's forehand sux, Karatsev sux... ohhh #2 guy goood strokes. Ok Karatsev. Then read the description.
#1 guy was former #40 in the world, his forehand is legit but not pretty
힘이 장난 아니시네
He reminds me of Juan Carlos Ferrero so, so much!!!
His forehand is obviously awesome but his backhand has a really nice snap to it as well
i love the video title haha
Rublev's racquet speed is scary. No serve & volley was applied if I could face him.
Frightening
this angle needs to be shown more. I hate the defaulting side/top-down view, it's so boring.
I wonder what the tennis balls think before they come outta that sleeve!!! 😬😬😬
Been away from tennis for too long. I miss the sound of whipping strokes around the court!
We all come here for the BWEE
his swing speed of forehand is outrageous
Title is so good lmao
....his forehand is.... it is terrifying
A single of those forehand would wipe out the entire WTA players
He's always mad that the ball's not flying faster
Where is Karatsevs coach? Have not seen him in a while. Visa issues again maybe?
Huge forehand who is this chap ?
Rublev is so talented and has such good racket head speed on his forehand. I just think he tries to go for too much at the wrong times in this video.

that rublev use radical Laver version?

Llooooooooyd! One of my faves
GeoffSaari Agree ! And there’s no court level view of Lloyd praticing in youtube, will be the first one
So from this hitting practice, I believe Aslan Karatsev (coach) should be the player, and let Andrey Rublev should , well I don't know about coaching
A huge forehand it is! Seems like a curse and a blessing against some of the top guys though.
He was not happy about hitting the ball out at 5:58

Looking at Rublev i can only say.... Still preety long way to go brother.

different grunt in training?
The last 5 seconds of the video..... :D
how does he hit so hard
Early racket prep, footwork and yrs of practice!
