My husband he was deported to Guatemala in 2012 then Me and my husband got married in Guatemala on February 2014 I am a born united states citizen. He's from Guatemala. We really didn't have means to support ourselves and wait for immigration over there so March is when I reentered the usa and then he followed me crossing the border illegally. He was here by April. We have 5 boys together. He has no criminal records. And he's been trying to keep under the radar in fear of deportation. But he does have a Washington State driver's license. We can prove we were here before June 2024 by letters from our church organization. But what else can I get together to prove he was here before? Also we are only married in Guatemala so I'm thinking it's still legal in usa 😂Thanks for your time.

Here we go again! I thought I was done with USCIS after I submitted the i130 and the i601a on my undocumented husbands behalf. All on my own and with no lawyer. Approved. Here we are 6 years later, documentarily qualified with the NVC, and when PIP was announced we were literally just 7 weeks from an appointment abroad. My husband prefers this route because it’s safer but the processing times on these applications are going to make this process more drawn out. That’s even if I can get an application in. Either way, my husband made me reschedule the appointment. Thanks for the video!

Well I’m wondering when the immigration will allow E2 visa holder to became green card holder? This is fair for them, but for people like me who came in America legally and create a job , what going to happen to us? This is not fair, and my son born here ……….

This sucks when my wife and my step child are stuck in the Philippines while we try to do this legally. It's so sad for us. I am in the US while my family is over there. I don't get any breaks!

Hi Mr. Ashoori, great video! Excellent explanation. As I know everything is so new, do you think someone that was deported and re entered illegally 14 years ago would qualify for this? (13 years married with a US citizen and 14 years in the USA interrupted and 2 US citizens kids) however, they have that deportation and they re enter illegally.
    Thank you 😊
Hope to hear from you ❤

What do they mean by "continuously present in the US for at least 10 years"? and does an ESTA count as entering without a visa?
