Jim, you apologized a lot in this video. I don't think that much apology was necessary. I am Nigerian and have followed your work for years and I haven't noticed any kind of bias from you or from the people who work with you. Keep up the good work.👍🏾

As a Nigerian with Dual citizenship I worked hard to get another first world passport and I can tell you that, you are $100 percent correct with discrimination when it comes to Nigerians and Nigerian passports, it happens all over the world, including first world countries.

Hi Jim, I have a few questions based on your experience:
    1) how long does it take for a US citizen to process immigrant visas for their overseas spouse living in Nigeria to come join them here?
    2) Is it an easier process if the US citizen petitioning for the overseas spouse is also Nigerian by birth, i.e. dual citizenship (Nigerian-American)?

What if a man was married traditionally, and divorced without going on to the customary court. On the interview day he is asked and he said he didn’t divorce in court. Now they want a divorce decree, also, their messages over the past 2 years which. Either the spouse and the beneficiary can’t lay a finger to at the time of the interview. What should the beneficiary do

Married traditionally without legal registration isn’t legal marriage. “Divorcing” by paying back a bride price is not a legal divorce.

You asked a Nigerian-mentality based question, which is why Nigerians attract negative attention to themselves. How you do things in Nigeria is irrelevant to what USCIS demands of you. What you described is neither a valid marriage nor a valid divorce, if you presented it to USCIS, you would have no success because it has no validity -- this is a Nigerian mentality of trying to circumvent the law or policy with nonsensicality, it doesn't work here. Dealing with immigration or obtaining visa from the American Embassy is easy, just pay attention to what they ask of you, comply strictly to it, and you will obtain a positive result easily. Going corner-corner and wuru-wuru is why most of you get into trouble.

So what is wrong if some cases are taking more time and been investigated more.... is there any other country which is a successful country and has very easy immigration laws? the answer is NO. Any one in immigration cases must be very thankful that there case is in progress and there is a chance to Stay in this great country. Be thankful if not go back to your home country.... remember you left your country in the first place because your country was not worth living in to !

Negatively impacted how? Nigeria has nothing to do with you. If you are good, you are good? Nigerians are the best and the most brilliant people all over the world. Nigeria may have some bad eggs which can found everywhere including your Ghana. Why did the presenter focus on Nigeria, it is just to get more viewers.
