Nice looking boat. Could work for our project. 2 questions. Why master in the bow over that huge chine? And what is it with builders and the IPS system. Are there any other engine options with the added sea torque shaft systems?

That's a great question! The forward master stateroom takes advantage of the full beam of the yacht, creating an incredibly spacious and luxurious owner's suite.
As for the IPS system, it offers excellent maneuverability and efficiency. While this specific model features IPS, Absolute does offer other engine options with traditional shaft drive configurations on some of their yachts. I reccomend contacting SeaNet or Absolute directly to discuss specific engine preferences and customization options for your project.
Thanks for watching and for the question!!

LOL! "Navetta" is Finnish word and means "cowhouse" in English! 😂

In Italy, where this yacht is produced Navetta means shuttle.
She will indeed shuttle even style, to wherever you want to go! 😄

Get a new presenter this one does not know how to present a boat

While we appreciate your input. Shawn is an incredibly experienced yacht consultant with SeaNet Yachts and has deep expertise of all Absolute models. He might not have a typical "salesman" style, but many people appreciate that and he knows these yachts inside and out.
      Thanks for watching.

The 70 Navetta, is a great boat unfortunately, the presenter does this boat a complete service with his presentation. He Doesn't seem familiar with nautical terms (ie. calling a hanging locker, "a closet"), or furniture, as he pointing at fluted wood on a cabinet door at 5:38 and calling it "vertical wood", presenter should have more nautical knowledge and be better... qualified.

      Who cares ! Hater

It seems odd to get caught up in semantics on such a beautiful vessel. One man's locker is another man's closet. Fluted wood does have vertical grooves. I've spent a lifetime on the water and taken many nautical exams, never have I seen a question regarding closets or wood grain. Whether you call a galley a kitchen or vice versa it has no bearing on your level of “nautical knowledge.”
      Thanks for watching.

Isn't the "Hater" quote, a little overboard?

@@yachtlens My intention, was not to impugn your nautical or furniture knowledge, but only to offer a friendly critique of your presentation. 1st) If you were showing a 1965 Shelby cobra car, would you point to the engine and say? "wow, what a big engine, it's very powerful" or would you say, "In 1965 the Shelby cobra car came with the upgraded 427 engine, which gave it outstanding performance". or 2nd) "They're using vertical wood, and you will find that theme throughout the boat" or "They're using this handsome fluted wood, and it looks great, you will find this theme throughout the boat". Which one of these two scenarios above, has the better presentation, and sound more informed and professional? 3rd) and Finally, if you were selling your house not next to, or adjacent to water, you would call it a "closet" right? and if you called it a "hanging locker" would those "land-lover" perspective buyers even know what you mean? So I'm sorry you received my critique with such distain, instead of a teaching moment, I meant it to be. It ain't semantics, if you're not using the proper terminology for the setting, or location. You're doing yourself a disservice by not knowing the "proper terms", but most of all, you're doing your viewers a disservice! This is the industry you have chosen, the least you should do is know and use the "proper terms" of whatever your... presenting Cheers!
