Im really enthusiastic of how he has gone from where he started with these videos. I watch the oldest ones all the time and he really has been getting better and better each season. At this point, he really is the industry standard for personal, all access boat tours. The others in the business do fine work as well, but Nick is really breaking new grounds.

Most other yacht video tours I've watched seem more concerned with artfully framed images of towels and champagne glasses. I love the fact you walk the whole boat to give an idea of flow of the layout and point of details that highlight just how much thought goes into these beautiful vessels

Out of hundreds of cable television channels, countless network tv options, paid streaming like Hulu etc, it is only on Nick’s TH-cam channel where we can find content like this.
Just some nearly raw footage of a brand new super yacht cutting through gale force winds in the English Channel. No frills. No music, not overly edited with interviews and other segues ruining the timeline.
I had no idea what this experience was like but now I do. I know what it feels like to embark on a maiden voyage. What the view from big, modern stateroom windows looks like underway. What the waves hitting the helm windows sound like.
What’s really wild is that neither the owner, nor the builder, has much to gain, if anything, from allowing it. Bravo. This is award caliber programming.

I always make sure to carefully inspect the crew cabin & areas and make sure they’re nice because in my fantasy of owning a super yacht, I always like to make sure my crew is comfortable and taken care of.

I was on an 800 foot ship with water coming over the bow. I'm sure the sailors had seen it many times, but it was pretty impressive for us Marines. LOL Thanks Nick for the great video. Beautiful boat.

I always love coming to watch Nick's walkthroughs, man does the best job in the business by far, no overly flashy intros, getting into all the little compartments and actual details of the boats. Where some boat youtubers sell their videos with style over substance, Nick goes all in on the details, while letting the boats speak for themselves.

Unlike some boats from some other builders, the absolute class of Princess boats shows through with every look. I'd love to sail and live on an X95. I'm already looking forward to when my mystery millions miraculously appear, and wondering which of those VIP cabins will go to each of my four grown-up kids and their partners; (just in case, to save arguments on the day - we wouldn't want them to spoil the holiday!)

My favourite part was initially your socks, but then I was blown away when the boat got out to sea. Thank you Princess for bringing Aquaholic along so those of us 1000 miles from open water can see what it’s like.
When you announced your were busy editing, somebody commented that this was likely to be the most watched of your videos. Now that I've seen it, I have to agree that it's some of your very best work. That boat is truly spectacular as well as highly capable. Kudos to Princess Yachts for organising that. They know they're on to a good thing when you're on board and filming.
The new owner is a very lucky person. Not only a wonderful boat, but famous alreadt as well!
Timing wasn't good though - no 24 hour warning, so no scones, jam and clotted cream here. Ah well, I can always re-watch it later.

Is it just me or the VIP guests cabin is more spacious and luxurious than the owner cabin ?!
Ya, use those as the master and do the country kitchen
I'd say this boat has two master cabins and one VIP, which makes a whole lot of sense when you realize the various configurations.
I would also choose the VIP cabin as the master and If arranged as a family boat, I would have the top cabin as the country kitchen and the galley as an office. This would make the main deck a proper formal living area, the lower deck a more quiet living area and the sky lounge with the jacuzzi and the open outdoor BBQ deck an informal entertainment area, which really makes it a floating home in a modern mansion-style (I like watching tours by the channel propertygrams, they show wonderful modern houses). A long-year boating family, where everyone can stand in for the crew could even have it as owner-operated, the modern technology makes it much easier.
That's because the owner chose his master on the basis of the amazing view offered. However, the default feature of this boat would involve a country kitchen/cinema/gym etc instead of the master and the VIP would infact be the master cabin on such a boat. Hence the disparity because the size on this option of master cabin would always be an issue.

Wow! Princess took a risk with this in its design and looks, but have certainly pulled it off, absolutely stunning! Even though I love my trawler style boats which you know they can handle the rough, nice too see princess aren’t scared of putting her through her paces in some swell! 👍🏻

Thanks Nick for that cheering me up this horrid Sunday morning. What a lovely super yacht, Princess have definitely arrived. The cameraman was moving around a bit while you are at the helm but the water in the water bottle was hardly moving so an objective measure of smoothness.
THIS is the video I've been waiting for. I've wanted to see how these handle in real conditions. All the videos show the luxury yachts in pristine conditions. I was watching your water bottle there, about the same movement as that in a moving car. That was impressive.

This is the "new" look, replacing the dated "oversized cigar boat" look . The styling is copying modern research/exploring vessels built by the big wigs like Musk . Function over form . Essentially its the same concept as to how lambos and Ferraris got replaced by high end SUVs. Only dooshy b00mers drive lambos and Ferraris ...and the 95ft "cigar" style yachts anymore.
This must be the most beautifully designed yacht inside and out. If I could afford this yacht, I'll change the galley/kitchen to an open plan, kitchen, loose that little seating area next to dining table, open plan kitchen with big seated island, so you can cook and visit. I don't want to loose the main bedroom. I must say 100% VIP. Everything is spot on. Mmm mmm.
Shocking price! With such a height against beam, it must be a rollercoaster on the top decks. I'm sure the jacuzzi must be filled every day! I do like the simple interior - elegant appointments. And as usual, a thorough and informative review.

This is the boat with a very good size. I would not go for a bigger one at all, regardless if I was a multibillionaire. The finish quality seems to be above most of the 100+ boats I have seen. You could tell how high the seas were from the super structure creaking on the bridge as it powered through that swell. 💪🏻 With the bridge so high it's like a cross between a super yacht and a cruise ship 👍🏻
Oh wow the under lights under the seats in the cockpit! My goodness the windows are so so big! 😯 the shower in the master is oh so beautiful! It essentially has 2 masters! The gorgeous choice of wood finishes just reflects all the blue from the windows! Beautiful unexpected feature! Princess are absolutely at the peak of their craft, complete Masters! With that crew configuration, what crew would you have? Mechanic? Captain? Chef? Service staff? Deck crew? Thank you once again Sir Nick, sending love to you and the whanau (family) from my. Whanau! I have read some of the comments about styling, and the look needs time to appreciate, but the space afforded, with this design is truly amazing, more like 120 foot plus yatch. Plus the fit out is beautiful. I do think other companies will copy the design very soon watch this space. Even if I was a billionaire this size would be perfect. The bigger the yatch the more staff, the more problems and less privacy. Love it. Nice video Nick, and the beard has gone! All good

I see the guys using Navionics on the iPAD, we are ECDIS compliant with Transas onboard AWOL and I still prefer Navionics on my phone but don't tell anyone ;))
Very Impressed with the Drone pilots skills, especially with the wind strength.
It seemed like a bit of a wet boat, lot of water coming over the bow but as we know these boats are built for pleasure use not so much heavy seas.

Hey Tristan.. I too prefer Navionics over Transas.. never been a big fan of navi-sailor to be perfectly honest... but yeah, having that opinion seems to be frowned upon.. so I also tend to keep it to myself lmao..
Hey there Cap'n T! :) To be honest, we had the tabs down a bit and were running quite hard to get some spectacular footage. I think most boats would be kicking up big spray in those conditions and at that speed.

Stupid off topic question to the both of you.... Why do you build up the revs as opposed to just pushing throttle fully open?
@@andyjamess I'm no yacht captain, but I would put my money on less stress on parts/systems. You're trying to move A LOT of weight, granted their engines/motors have a lot of torque, you'd be putting unwarranted stress on things.

There is no denying this is a truely stunning vessel on the inside, that interior is beautiful but I cant get past the exterior, it just looks too top heavy, I know being a 'typical Princess' she will be very seaworthy but have to say, not what I would chose had I had the money, however, another great video Nick!
