I gotta say, the viking Valhalla 55 has this beat all to hell. If you buy this and then see a Valhalla 55, you're gonna have severe buyers remorse. Just fyi. This is a nice boat, but a waste of money when you compate it to the viking.

Out of the water 3 years prior?? Far too long, and have anybody noticed the zinc anodes all gone and allowing damage to the steel plating. I owned two steel trawlers and once or 2 times a year we took them out of the water for a repaint and inspection.

Award winning? How does this award winning benefit to the owner/users? 90% less maintenance of the engine maybe? 😅😅

Nice but waaay to small

Can't believe that a 76 foot motor yacht uses a single engine with a wing engine instead of twins. These are supposed to be true ocean crossing vessels - twins seem like a much better choice.

I'm still in love with Nordhavns of a similar size. Still a nice project boat.

This is a cabin cruiser, not a yacht(which has sailes) I suppose they call it anything they like, I will call it a Dingy then!

No metric system for explanations, no party. Otherwise, good video and nice boat.

Nice boat, but The mid deck is bloody dangerous with no freeing ports in it. A big wave over the bow & you got 20 ton sitting mid ships above the center of buoyancy.

The inside is great but the shape outside is not very pretty, neither the colour, I believe it can be improved by a good designer.

Having been a yacht mechanic, seeing an engine compartment that squared away is nice. Easy access front and back of the motor is such a time/ money saver!

It would make a good RV for a lake. That V berth would be sickening in the ocean, also the boat does not look seaworthy .

and that engine hatch is leaking all into the mechanical room which i imagine isnt good

Thank you for the great tour with many details. Love many Nordhavn touches, but always question the single main engine thing, granted I am not zooming along at 30+ knots like a cigar boat or Pershing yacht, but one main engine for ocean voyage

Not very waterproof when it came to the generators and battery area! lot of water penetration to the inside of the boat !

It's a great layout for one person and maybe a dog. I can't see my wife, and I'm squeezing into that V Birth.

Beautiful boat, really like the engine room and the single MTU but with full backup.

Very nice layout! Really flexible for owner operation or with crew when needed. That lower crew area/flex space allows lots of options for fitting out.

Saw this at trawlerfest in Anacortes. Interesting boat but I was baffled by the mid cockpit. Seemed like the prime real estate for accomodations was put into the cockpit. I would eliminate that and increase the after cockpit instead to get more living space. I was also concerned that a good wave over the bow with flood that mid cockpit which could be problematic. The concept of a relatively narrow efficient hull is attractive for economic traveling, just seems like this layout wastes a lot of space.

do they have a model that doesnt suck? why cant they make that but in a cruiser configuration. no one wants to drive in one part and sleep in another. thats a horrendous layout

Add a sailing boom that can double as a hoist then put the mast and boom where the kayaks are stored when underway and a very proper vessel indeed😊

I'd be concerned about the water in the bilge considering the Rep. Knew it was being filmed!
