Just wanna ask, Triton 2.4 mivec diesel 181hp accerelation better than hilux 2.8 177hp?
Yes it is more refine and powerful engine. Better than the latest hilux 2.8 variant
Among all truck I prefered Revo 2.8/2.4 because it still can run 160kmh in comfort unlike ford or triton which kinda swaying left and right.. that is why i called revo hilux is a lexus on gravel
Agreed... I just drive it for 3 days on a long journey over 600km per day with 160kmh speed and the car is steady not shivering...
I like triton better than hilux. Hilux easily flip over at the corner if you're not careful enough whereas triton feels more stable.
would you recommend this or revo 2.8?? can you share your pov of its pro and cons between both brand
Hmm i would go with the hilux, although this triton has improved over it's previous model its overall driving experience just feels a little off. At least the hilux feels 'better', more balanced than the triton, but I'd go for the ranger if I would pick a truck.

You are supposed to put the gear in neutral and then switch to 4WD... not supposed to do it while driving...

It's shift on the fly technology Bro. You can shift while your truck moving under 100kmh.
@@officiallawrenceperera With the vast majority of modern utes/trucks/bakkies you're supposed to shift into 4H while you're moving, it's safe and recommended as long as you keep it under 100km/h. Almost all of them will only go into 4L only when you're stationary and in neutral, and you obviously have to have 4H engaged already.
Obviously u have 0 experience with pick up truck. 4wd are not supposed to use on dry tar road or speed above 100kmh
I never claimed i have 4wd experience, I'm just conveying how it feels driving these cars,sometimes the different modes they have, obviously you have never watched my videos before
Bro, Mitsubishi's viscous coupling unit allows driver to drive Triton in 4wd mode all time, just like AWD car. IINM, it's the only one in the world.
And with VCU, you can drive Triton in 4WD mode on wet or dry tar road.

I have noticed why you always criticize triton and always give credit the hilux. I have watched some review videos of triton and it has a very good review than you. Hilux has a controversial moost test
Personally I always bang on the driving experience of a vehicle and the triton's driving experience just feels weird, as in it's a little off in terms of handling and comfort. I seldom give credit to hilux though unless people asks me which would be my choice between a hilux or a triton then I would pick the hilux. But in fact I would really give credit to ford ranger when it comes to driving experience(let's just leave reliability aside, it drives the best to me). Triton seriously doesn't feel well balanced to me as a truck.
The new Hilux failed the moose test in 2016, Toyota then revised the suspension for 2017 and it passed the moose test. The Hilux usually gets knocked because it feels a bit stiff when driving, people complain because it doesn't have the same car like feel as the Ranger and Amarok, but people like myself realize that it's not a car so that isn't a big issue. The other complaint I see a lot is that the Hilux doesn't have all the gimmicks that the Ranger and some others in the segment have, but again, I don't care about most of those complaints. My complaints are that it only has 130kw and 450nm (2021 Hilux fixes that with 150kw and 500nm), and it's a bit overpriced because it's a Toyota Hilux. I would still pay a bit more for Toyota's legendary bulletproof reliability, which is why I drive a 79 series Land Cruiser and why I'll be adding a Hilux to my garage in the new year.
