We have so many great EDC Leathercrafters in the community! You have obviously inspired many of us as I know you were mine. What's amazed me the most is that all of the EDC Leathercrafters are just so willing to help and support one another. Because of my experience in getting so much help and support, I always am sure to pay it forward every chance I get. It's wonderful that she has gone all in from the jump. Been working leather for years and EDC Leathercrafting for just over a year, and she has actually done in her first 2 weeks what I suspect will take me a few more years to be able to do, which is to have the balls to go ALL IN! Congrats to her and perhaps she will inspire me to go for it obe day as I will definitely be watching and rooting for her!!!! ❤❤❤
That was one of the first things I noticed about Miss Erica's slips was her stitching, I thought to myself, "wow, look how straight her stitching is and she has just started leatherwork!" One thing I have noticed about all the leatherworkers in this community, is how y'all support each other, shout out each other, and carry each other's slips. Just awesome. Erica is just one of those go-for-broke people who, once she sets her mind to doing something, she goes ALL IN and gives it 110%. Right?! I'm hoping that one day she'll take up playing the guitar lol!! Or maybe not, cause then she'd be able to smoke me on the damn thing hahaha!! Erica is the very definition and personification of passion, hard work and innate natural talent!! And it certainly didn't hurt that she learned from the BEST leather worker on the planet!! Those look very nice for a beginner. They are nothing special just folded leather with no decorations but as someone that also just starting with leather working i can say that those "simple" ones are not that easy to do, mine two attempts so far were not that great 😅
