Currently up for foreclosure. I think it'll sell for $18M USD. The only thing that bothers me is the hill right in front of the house, which unfortunately has no plants and looks desolate. Nice tour!

My favorite house in the Hills outside the Bird Streets. This is a Palumbo Design house and majority of the time it's a turnkey house because even the furnitures were custom made for the property.

I love this house. Sadly, I'd probably need an elevator with my knee, and I don't see one. Not like i can afford that place anyway but dare to dream. Price has gone down from this a few times. Nice tour!!

@@SketchDesignDevelopment Yes. The house under construction that your aerial is pointing to is on Curson Terrace. 1871 N. Stanley is visible just when the aerial view ends. It is towards the middle botton of the screen across the street from the Rockstar house.
I noticed that too. Rockstar house across the street is pretty prominent in the views as well and the pointer clearly missed the right house. I LOVE this house though. Good job otherwise.

There are some really nice tour vids of this house. Point is that no matter where you are everyone can see you from any angle from the surrounding hills. There is less then z e r o privacy there. You pay for a log of big windows and you´ll end up with a house with perpetually shaded ones. Why even bother build in windows at this property. Build plain walls and save money.
No matter where you are dozens of nearby households will be able to see you. Its a matter of time before you happen to walk between room a to b nude and tadaa. end up on film.
