Ironically, they had trouble selling this home for some reason. So they take it off the market for a few weeks and relist it for 3 million more than it was originally listed. That doesn't make a lot of sense, but luxury real estate rarely does, especially in LA.
Stunning home though, and a beautiful job on the video.
As usual with these high end listings, they get passed on from one big name Realtor to the next and that usually comes with pricing changes that mostly don’t make any sense. We can just wait and see if it plays out for them.

The reason they had problems selling this home the interior colors of this home is major boring
the wood flooring by the pool is a major No the steps walking up into the home major boring
who ever designed the interior of this home didn't didn't see a true vision of this home they were
just looking to make a profit flatout! Knowing what a customer will buy before designing the home
is 80% skill of being in the home design and new construction trade knowing what appeals to a customer
is the skill one must perfect in this business master that skill in this business unknown customers will
hunt you down to design and build them a multi million dollar home! Oh also the view from the pool area
is major wack the trees from a neighboring property destroyed the view!
This was sold for 18million according to zillow

This house shouldn't cost more than 15 million dollars, anything more than that is a rip off
It probably cost close to that time build it! These homes take 3/4 years from design to completion, so just the loans cost so much to pay back. It will be interesting to see what it sells for

Can furniture be bought?
These homes are typically staged by a 3rd party company and although I’m not sure about this specific home, you can usually negotiate the furniture into the sale of the home :)
