Before long I fell in love with the mansion magazine so much so that my aunt got me a subscription. No doubt there is market for more videos like this. Two things...the first is simply to keep you watching the video and the second is to add some some sort of euphoria when you think about the house and what might happen when you buy it.
Of course you're right as far as the psychological intent of it but if a guy can pay 40-50 million cash (or whatever its costs) don't you think he's well aware that he can get any woman he wants?
