I LOVE this place. I actually like that nothing is oversized. Almost every room was more "normal" size. I guess it's a $10 million house with a $23,333,333 view lol.
How can everybody be so exited about this house? Neighbors way too close and Z E R O privacy...there is no way, i could live like in a zoo, where literally everyone can watch every step i make...there is no hiding spot, exept the cinema...No...definitely not.

LA running out of lots on which to build mansions with good views leads to more and more of those weird, almost ant-farm looking homes that get build on small and often weirdly situated lots. This one is far from being an extreme case, but it is in that category, I would say. There are other examples that are really basically just a few rooms stacked on top of each other, with one side being all glass and a winding street running basically a few feet behind the back wall of the master bedroom.
this bedroom is almost identical to that other $54vmillion dollar modern mansion you toured in hollywood hills which also happens to be my dream home. i love your videos man and i cant wait to see more

I'm usually not a fan of contemporary homes but this one is nice, mainly for the views! My only concern is access to the rooftop deck: I hope there is an alternate access to it other than the master suite. Just imagine guests having to walk through your sanctuary to get to that deck. Also, I hope consideration was given to getting food out there to utilize the BBQ. It would be nice if the deck could be accessed directly from the kitchen downstairs via another staircase. As you showed the home I tried to get an overall layout of the floorplan but it was difficult to keep track.

The rooftop deck gave me vibes of Mufasa pep-talking Simba on how everything the Light touches is theirs 😂. Unbelievable view! The sunset Blvd bedroom was my favorite... But the kitchen was pretty unpractical, who ever designed it doesn't cook lol. Can't have only one sink and super far away from the stove Yo. Anyway very cool as always guys! ❤️
I agree. When they were touring the kitchen I kept looking for the sink. And that island is so big they could have had a pot filler or a secondary sink on it or something.

One57 in NYC has similar master bedroom with walls of glass on 3 sides in the top 10 or so units. (Floors 77-87 or something like that.) Different view, you're up 850 feet off of Manhattan street level, but the room is kinda similar.
The view from that house is of Downtown LA- all the way to the ocean near Santa Monica and south - you can see part of the San Gabriel Valley beyond downtown LA.
I love the view but come on, the outside of the house looks characterless, so industrial, it doesn’t feel like a home more like somewhere you sleep and party when you are in Hollywood and your friends want a place to crash
the fact that this house is fully glass with a lot of houses surrounding it, makes me think about privacy. it is located right in the middle of a residential area.
The night views are simply unimaginable. Enes makes us feel as if we are really in the house, watching and touching each and every part. What a lively experience that has been!!!

Nice video. Great airliner views, one of the two pinnacle LA basin view types. The interior design is pretty good. Not great at this level but has some good elements and certainly makes all important use of the view. But it doesn't strike me as big and I'm surprised to see it listed as 13k sqft, not just because they are archaic units but because I measured the house in google earth and there is just no way it's that big. The top floor is just about 2500, main floor is a bit bigger than that, say 3000. Even if we say 4000 for the 'basement', that's 9500. So you could say it's a 5500 sqft house with a basement. And the house fills the entire lot so there is no yard and neighbors close on all sides. Still an amazing house but the price is as steep as the hill it's on :) I would change the gloss wood facade but that is relatively minor. I wouldn't be surprised if the price has to be cut in half to work or more. Unless mister billionaire just doesn't mind. 33 isn't high enough to fly :)

I knew I saw Japanese architectural influences for the exterior, then I saw the designer 😍 this is what I meant in a previous video regarding the difference between having Japanese features in a house and true Japanese aesthetic. The position and style of the stairs to the second floor, the use of timber, decking and earth tones, The angles of the main room and the pool do not clash and compliment the full height sliding doors and transition from indoors to outdoors they all hint of Japanese design principles to me. I can also see the principle of gradual reveal of points of view as you move around the whole property with the vista of LA being the main focus. I would love to work with a designer, architect that felt the Japanese aesthetic, so much of modern design has incorporated it. If only money was no hinderance 😭
I’m not in love with the front entrance & it only being a two car garage seems confusing for the price tag but the house is definitely gorgeous and the views are fantastic. I say once the landscaping is fully grown out the privacy will definitely be a big selling point

I am conflicted. On the one hand, Enes, you are amazing at your job, your passion bleeds through your videos, and the production quality of your channel is fantastic. On the other hand, as a pleblian biotech engineer who can't afford an apartment in my city, they strike a deep, deep chord. Watching these videos gives me small but unbiased peek into the ultra-private life of the wealthy. They are a reclusive bunch, but truthfully I would be too if I were them. We are now in an age where the wealth gap is larger than it was for the French Revolution. I love your videos, but they really go to show just how much of a Second Gilded Age we are living in.

The architecture of this building is incredible. Many modern homes have a lot of useless spaces and not well thought of spaces. But this one, every inch is well thought of and designed. You get to use every inch of the house. Dream home!

This really is one of my favorites out of the different places I've seen. I'm always watching different houses, mansion etc. This is not only beautiful but perfect size too. My brother use to live in Sliverlake 25 or more years ago.

nobody will want to look into your house, maybe some kids haha. Everyone is busy with their own life, focused on themselves. Do you ever look at your neighbour's interior for a long time? I know i don't look haha. We are way too obsessed with ourselves, just like you think that everybody has time to watch your bedroom. Not trying to hate or argue but just want to open your eyes. Nobody cares about your life because they have too much going on in theirs. Just like you dont care about your neighbors life :D
I am conflicted. On the one hand, Enes, you are amazing at your job, your passion bleeds through your videos, and the production quality of your channel is fantastic. On the other hand, as a pleblian biotech engineer who can't afford an apartment in my city, they strike a deep, deep chord. Watching these videos gives me small but unbiased peek into the ultra-private life of the wealthy. They are a reclusive bunch, but truthfully I would be too if I were them. We are now in an age where the wealth gap is larger than it was for the French Revolution. I love your videos, but they really go to show just how much of a Second Gilded Age we are living in.

But I love the movie theater 🎭. But the red curtains could have been done much better . By having them from floor to ceiling pulling tightly with out touching the floor . But the size of the screen I love it .

The architecture of this building is incredible. Many modern homes have a lot of useless spaces and not well thought of spaces. But this one, every inch is well thought of and designed. You get to use every inch of the house. Dream home!

This really is one of my favorites out of the different places I've seen. I'm always watching different houses, mansion etc. This is not only beautiful but perfect size too. My brother use to live in Sliverlake 25 or more years ago.
