Dragonite was a boss that when defeated would give you the ability for it to take you between towns for the rest of the game. The first one is amazing, the second one is..okay anx the third i daresay is outright not very good. I think thats why its not looked on too fondly as a _series_ unfortunately.
Yeah I think it is because you have to catch it in one go! But if you're fast enough, it can be easier than the other games because most catches can be completed in a matter of seconds

I never realized how low the capture count was. When i fought the salamance i legit thought it was like 100 loops and here i'm like, man this was really a long time.
Back then i remember how i got stuck at the go rock squad's hideout because of that damn alarm system. Took me years to realize it was changing to the rhythm of the music.
The hardest boss is missing: That escort mission with the guy scared of Bug types. If you touched a Bug type, start again :D it didn't help that Ariados was everywhere and was really fast chasing.

I already said that it would not be difficult for you to capture Charizard and Groudon, those Pokémon are difficult to capture the first time, steelix, so it is very extensive and is another difficult one to capture. Entei is another one of the hard ones to capture, for some reason the fire types were very powerful in this game.
You can access them by: Kyogre: Talk to Prof. Hastings in Fall City Groudon: Talk to Cameron in Summerland (after going back to Ringtown for a vacation) Rayquaza: Talk to Elita in Wintown

I never caught Arceus before. I know it's one of those wireless missions (which would require an immense amount of grinding for a solo capture). And yeah for real that Ryhorn and especially that Machoke in Fall City was super annoying (I didn't even realize it was a boss battle 😅)
Never defeated entei since I totally rage quit to it but yeah, I struggled ly ass up to beat charisard the first time and when I knew I had to beat it again hhhhh- boi I never touched that gama again lmao
@@Dafakizdat Charizard is pretty obnoxious. By the time the flame is running out, he spits more. I had to take 2 hits on purpose to clear space to circle around him and even then I used Plusle assist (which I don't really like using) to keep him in place.

Darkrai was in the second game (Shadows of Almia). This is the first Pokemon ranger game which came out prior to gen 4, so no Darkrai
