David and Trevor are literally the main protagonists of Season 2 and Season 4 respectively. You know they're gonna win since Day One!
I thought line was gonna win season 2 lol
I'd also say Eric was also because most people thought he was bad and had the best audition (not just the food but the audition it's self) and it was as if he had an actual story like a protagonist he had to become an engineer cos of his expectations but rebelled
I agree they were the protagonists
Yup totally agreed
@@ShiroIMKS Eric is more like typical "The protagonist that started from bottom but getting better each episodes" type while David and Trevor are "The protagonist who secretly born as prodigy" type
i love mary so much, you could tell that she was just happy to have the judges eating her food before they even said anything
I KNOW RIGHT
I absolutely adore the energy that Mary brings. What a wonderful woman!
She looks like velma from scooby doo
I KNOWWWW
@@aarizmushtaq4301 dont call Taylor swift velma
I wish they can do a battle between all the winners
Me too😂
Now that I would definitely watch
There’s no point hahaa David will destroy them all
me too
Yeah would vote for Beccy, she cool
Jennifer’s desert was absolutely crazy! I’ve never seen anything like it, just like the judges say, it’s not just a desert it’s an experience.
“You’re living my dream”. With Asian parents, That hit hard lol

Mary when she got her apron: 🐔💃
That killed me lol. I love that she doesn't take life too seriously.
What about that white shirt guy who danced like a chicken?
@@margarethmichelina5146 o please 😂
Eric, Mary and David had a sad past... but its really nice to see that they won... its feels so awesome
I love Eric Asian Community is grateful for his kindness and skill
facts bro
Mary's personality is such a diamond ❤️❤️ so precious
Yes i try copy her personality of being positive... But it doesn't work around with people around me
Mary's chicken dance when exiting the audition and her family and friends just doing the same was priceless.
You can just tell Mary had incredible chances of winning when you see her plate her dish, along with her personality shining through. She is honestly so iconicc
I'm so glad that David won. I was rooting for him from the start. Dude definitely deserved to win.
I really really like Alvin and Eric’s relationship, probably one of the only times I truly liked Alvin lol, but he really helped mentor Eric to be the best he could be!!
12:24 Love the connection that Michael and Mary had. The exact connection a guru and student should have. 💙
Jennifer had the most creativity out of any winner imo
Totally agree
Mary's positivity is so warming and genuine.
You can tell it's her true self, unlike other people where it's obvious they're forcing themselves to be positive.
I don’t like people who say: “I don’t like it when people tell me I am wrong”
Of course it’s not the nicest thing, but sometimes it’s good hear someone telling you that you are/ might be wrong. You can’t always be right.
Well of course he is right, in this context, but in general “criticism” or other opinions are very helpful.
In some situations it can also be rough and can make you insecure, even if they mean it as positive critisism
I 100% agree, it was disappointing to hear Alvin saying that. It’s an immature thing to say at any circumstance.
He's chef, he sees food on plate he knows already.
Preliminary judgement is spot on if you are trained in ithe field.
i agree to this, imagine if eric made duck for the finale and it's burnt because no one said that he cooks duck burnt, well that sad for alvin, he be like: 😞
I literally cried hearing David's story
It's like i saw myself, having a wrong life, but then ultimately having a good future
Respect
If you could notice, Trevor with the rapport of goofiness made his final dessert and presented it like the ice cream just fell on the plate. He made his so called flaw his signature!✨
David crying at the start be making me tear up.
I teared up too
I teared up too
I genuinely admire chef Alvin, the way he presents his advice and experience is *chefs kiss*
I love how Chef Alvin is so suspenseful, he eats it and says nothing, not until they all speak to the cook about their dish
He is just as imposing as Marco Pierre White.
the third person (girl with red hair and glasses) is so adorable
FRRRRR
Are you talking about mary?
@@lukeedwardpanganiban7891 they are
Mary? Yea i wanna marry the girl
@@bryanespino6882 ayooo
Okay now I wanna binge watch Jenniffer’s season. Her first dish literally looks like a final dish. And when I thought it can’t get any wilder, she dropped that treat cereal.
Do watch it ...she is the best
“I think my dad is the best cook in the whole wide world”
And that’s the dream, to make yourself and your family proud

As much fun as the rags-to-riches storyline is, I love that the second guy starts out strong and ends on a similarly high note.
Eric and David are my favorite winners because both are good men and the fact David is an absolute definition of a "Good Father".
Doctor, engineer or get beaten imagine if he didn’t win..........
lol
He was a freshly graduated chemical engineer so he wouldn't be in too bad of a situation but like he said he really doesn't like that career so it's good he won.
Eric walking out with the apron is anime protagonist moment
