Striped Bass and Bluefish Fly Fishing in Martha's Vineyard

This was my first time ever targeting striped bass on the fly, and it totally exceeded my expectations. This was much to the credit of our fantastic guide, Capt. Natty Schneider with Kismet Outfitters. It was incredible to sight fish to schools of stripers cruising around the rocks and over the sandy bottom. We were lucky enough to encounter a blitz, with numerous stripers and bluefish feeding heavily on the surface as birds flocked around and came in feeding on baitfish from above. This experience changed my perspective on New England fly fishing, and I can't wait to get back out there for some more!

Awesome video. I love stripers on the fly. My first time landing stripers was at Lake Powell last year. The boils were crazy fun to fish. Been dreaming about saltwater striper fishing ever since.

Oh man, guide's gotta have wire on board! Anyway, great video. Your stuff should be blowing up. Shot really well, great editing, great music and kept to a reasonable length. Come back to Cape Cod, I could show you some places where you'd think you were on a Bahamian bonefish flat.
