I've never been so invested in seeing anglers on the Tube achieve their elusive goal. Well done.

Great video guys ! Permit fly fishing by foot is amazing and not a lot of people have the chance and the capacity to do it ! I love the way you present this challenge, how you take care of the environnements ! Great job and congrats for those magnificient permits !!!🌴🤘😉
What an incredible experience, after a period of ill health am preparing to get out again shortly off the beaten track, is all a learning curve , but when you crack it its a real buzz. Seriously impressed with your content cheers.
Well done guys. And a big thank you for your mentioning something about lowering our impact on the flats. I recognize some of you. When you mention Eric I figure you hang close to me.
Man what a beautiful fish and awesome action.... here in Florida is really hard to catch them even with live bait, on the fly must be super hard to get them.....congrats great video
I was on vacation fishing in the lower keys last week. Caught a ton of tarpon for the first time. A permit shows up..only had a tarpon toad on the rod rigged up and a permit shows up. A big one. Took a shot at it, the fish turns to look at the fly and jets. He was feeding. If I had a crab on I think he would have ate. That shit haunts me now.

@@plugbootNo stop 'exploring' remote islands etc. as fishing destinations. Why do we as so called 'conservation minded fly fishermen' want to travel to remote places to fish?
Give the locals a reason to conserve. It will transform their lives for the better and we will have future generation of locals that will protect their resources with fury. A chance to cast at a tailing permit will be just the cherry on top.
@@ibookje Fishing directly funds conservation through license sales and excise taxes. Each year, the Sport Fish Restoration Program distributes millions of dollars to state fish and wildlife resource agencies dedicated to restoration, access, and enhancement projects across the country. Whether you like it or not, money still fuels conservation more than anything else. Those funds can go into those local communities and they can better protect the habitat while also being able to make money to support their families.
Man that’s so cool. Felt like I was with ya in your shirt pocket! Thanks for bringing me along!
One of the best permit videos ever. Period.
