I believe the jury got it right. Richard Allen put himself at the scene of the crime during the time frames. When They believe the murders were committed. He was off work on that day witnesses did see him on the bridge even though it may be sketchy. That Bridge is literally in the middle of nowhere. For some other person to be on the bridge wearing the same clothes as Richard Allen same time frame as Allen and Richard .Allen himself said he was there makes that almost impossible. For it to be any other person but Allen. The bullet evidence is very real and damaging. And confessing about the murder and about the white van. And told about the cut necks that information was totally withhold. He knew that to be true and he was confessing to get his soul clear. You could see the years taking over before he was arrested. That’s why he confessed more times because he truly was guilty

You werent in the courtroom like the jury was. You didnt see the witnesses with your own eyes and hear their entire testimonies and you didnt see the ballistics. Everything you heard from the trial was through second hand accounts from people trrying to make money on youtube. I trust the jury got this right. They spent almost 4 days deliberating and analyzing the evidence to come to this conclusion.
When the full official transcripts and evidence is released to the public through the freedom of information act, then WE will get to see the actual evidence for ourselves.

And I don’t know whether he’s innocent or guilty, people have been railroaded before especially for politics. And the timing of this arrest stunk. But I am convinced that the judge wanted to make sure he was found guilty so she limited the evidence. And unfortunately appellate courts don’t work like most people think they do, it’s not higher courts deciding whether the judge was right or wrong. They only overrule judges in very small narrow situations when they say the judge “abused their discretion“. They give judges huge leeway. So the judge is like a miniature king or queen in that quart room. Nobody with any knowledge and ability to be objective and use a small amount of critical thinking could believe this judge was fair. That’s not how the system is supposed to work.b
