@markheckman3987 I 100% agree with your comment. But I believe they establish that RA is BridgeGuy.
And BG killed those two girls Abby and Libby.
They established that RA made confessions.
I believe on February 13 2017 RA was in a state of awareness when he decided to go hunting for an easy target. I believe he got spooked and, like a lot of attackers quickly panic, as BG planned fantasy faced a hickup

I have never seen reporting like this! This is old fashioned journalism at it's best. If I ever needed an attorney I would trust Katy with my life! She is smart, concise, logical, and articulate. Having her on the team has elevated the professional level and helped the viewer sort out the details better.
I haved watched this pogram along with TH-cam creator Lawyer Lee to compare reporting. I have been pleasantly surprised that the notes your team has taken and what Lawyer Lee took has been very detailed and almost exactly the same each night. I am much more informed because of these people.
Thank you so much for your dedication and care for the truth!

The burden of proof lies with the prosecution, and they failed these poor girls miserably. If I were on the jury, I would have to say not guilty. Each piece of evidence the state has presented, the defence provided more than enough reasonable doubt for. I'm so sad for Abby and Libby's families. ❤ from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺

It’s sad that the police didn’t get the right person but if the jury finds RA not guilty than true justice for the girls and families would be served because there is too much reasonable doubt. Just because there’s a body in jail does not equal justice. There has to be the actual killer in prison!!

@bunnyluver2176 That's what I think, too. I think there are likely multiple other people involved. LE would have been under immense pressure to solve this case, and having absolutely nothing on anyone, Richard Allen was thrown up as a plausible patsy. He had placed himself on the bridge that day and was local to the area. I really hope he is acquitted, and it forces them to find out who's really the responsible party.

Facts that I wish the Defense would of highlighted:
Blood flow. Based on testimony and ppl in gallery, both girls had blood flow going up towards the face. This suggests their bodies were on an upside down incline when they were bleeding, which suggests they were held in that manner. Also, lack of blood on Abby’s upper torso and hands suggests a clean up.
Movement of bodies: Libby weighed 200 pounds and allegedly “ dragged” but there were no drag marks and the state did not mention cuts, contusions or bruises suggesting being dragged or even being able to fight back. Another thing that suggests being restrained. Twigs, pebbles, rocks would have left marks on a naked body being dragged on a terrain.
Phone: the IPhone 6 had waterproof tech, for those that suggest moisture caused the issue. So the phone conveniently started acting up within seconds of an incoming call from LG’s fam at 5:44 pm. Then unplugged at around 10? Then turned on around 4 am on the 14th? Ya. This suggests human manipulation of the device. They turned it on again or turned off airplane phone because they wanted the girls to be found.
The girls behavior. Neither screams or tries to get away? There’s an episode of unsolved mysteries where 2 ppl are killed. Guess what the se one victim did? Tried to run and got shot in a creek! Sound carries, watching one get wounded, why didn’t the other try to escape? Answer! Multiple perps.
    Imo, not guilty.

That’s why the state’s closing argument was based all on emotion because they don’t have any evidence except his false confessions. And ppl say they would never confess to a crime they didn’t commit but we know from other cases that it’s not that uncommon. Many ppl who confessed were later exonerated with DNA evidence.

I so appreciate WTHR's neutral reporting. It is hard to find these days. I have been following this case for years, and have made a point to listen to all perspectives. In my opinion, if this jury finds him guilty, it will only be a matter of time before the Innocence Project, or a similar organization, gets involved. In fact, they'll have a choice overload when it comes to reasons for an exoneration. Starting with Official Misconduct (OM), or new DNA evidence, Perjury or False Accusation (P/FA), False or Misleading Forensic Evidence (F/MFE), and last but not least, False Confession (FC). Please jury get this right. 🙏

Im watching from VA and you all have surprised me with outstanding coverage of this case. Best mainstream media coverage, IMO. Its a really horrendous case- not only what happened to the girls, but the way the state of Indiana, the DOC, this horrible "Judge", etc have tried to throw a man in prison (and throw away the key) without sufficient evidence of guilt, behind closed doors. No cameras, NO WONDER.
I don't know how Judge Gull even sleeps at night. Shame on her and all wbo have participated in this...Judge Gull was making it impossible for the defense to even get paid for this case, muchless to have the funds needed to pay experts- like the firearms expert. I wish the Jury could know thats one reason further testing wasn't done. I wish the Jury could know about all of the appalling acts this Judge took. Its almost as if she was trying to guarantee an Appeal. She should be disbarred. I think the "boa constricter" analogy was aimed at more than just the DOC...it was to all the lying, shady, sloppy LEOs, ISP, CCSO, Gull, and the prosecution...Literally the whole worlds watching and disgusted by this. Abby, Libby and their families deserve TRUE JUSTICE. Everything about this investigation and trial is the furthest thing from that.

Seems Abby and Libby and what they went thru is being overshadowed. I was in defense of RA until I started following the day by day court case. He confessed over 60 times and most of those were not during a psychotic break. He seemed calm and in a normal mind during most. He wanted to confess but his mom, wife and attorneys would not allow it. I do understand the family not wanting to believe this but come on those little girls deserve JUSTICE. I don't believe the state has come close to proving this case beyond a reasonable doubt. It appears to me that Richard Allen is actually innocent. But there are problems with this iPhone data reflecting that a headphone was plugged into the jack. We have lots of unanswered questions about that. Hello did the phone move at any time after 2:30? Are we supposed to believe that someone sat there with the dead bodies and listen to music on the headphones for 6 hours?

So he was bridge guy , he was seen by a witness who stated he was muddy and later added bloody. State says he told them he was indeed wearing the blue jacket. Then in closing they try to point out that when his house was raided they found a blue jacket in a way to insinuate that was the jacket from that day that bridge guy was wearing - but wouldn’t that jacket be muddy and bloody as the witness stated ? The state is a mess, nothing makes sense at all with them

something was plugged in or something made a connection in the port. so a drop of moisture could do that, not to be grim but blood or bugs could bridge a connection. I once had a phone that would randomly think headphone were plugged in and would disconnect speaker phone during calls. was an odd glitch so you cant just say someone plugged in and removed headphones is certified fact.

Why does it matter at all how the witnesses describe the Bridge Guy? We have a video of him and he is not a young tall guy with poofy hair and the Bridge Guy from the video looks a lot like Richard Allen. The reliance on witnesses with the description does not make any sense to me when there is a video.

There have been several people that people say “looks just like bridge guy.” It’s not a great video, that has been “enhanced” (altered.) i certainly don’t think that is “beyond a reasonable doubt”

    • @dawnclabaugh3598
      @dawnclabaugh3598 5 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

In the actual video (shown in court, that has NOT been allowed true public access to proceedings), attorneys observing the trial said they NEVER saw the bridge guy (on an 85 inch screen). But he somehow races across within 43 seconds, no signs of exertion in the manipulated audio, to start issuing orders. Yeah, right. I doubt the bridge guy even knew there were girls on the other side and the girls probably didn’t know there was a guy far, far back from them.

Finally, per my simple Google search, it is a very common error for smart phones to give “headphones inserted” errors when they get water damage.
I found several posts on this topic:
“I accidentally spilled water on my phone, and now there's an error where the phone detects earphones even when there isn't. How do I fix this?”
“If your cellphone is showing a “headphones inserted” error after water damage, you can try these steps:
    Check for water damage
Look for water, evaporation, or dried water markings behind the screen, or corrosion marks at ports. You can also check the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI), which is usually located in the headphone jack, battery compartment, or SIM tray slot. If the LDI is red or maroon, your phone has water damage.”
