    Wow Lukas, 5 minutes with you and hours worth of trial an error vapourised or being enlightened on features that I never knew existed in seconds. What a fabulous, refreshing resource you are providing, thank you so much. I thought Joe and Gregor were delivering the goods, but you are full of enlightenment.

      That's very kind, thanks Steve! Gregor makes excellent videos but the videos are aimed at beginners while I try to put my focus on advanced topics. If you like the videos, share the links, spread the word, I appreciate it!

    Can we copy a instrument to new track without having to drag a new instrument from browser, so we get a new one that will not change the original? I don't think so? That would be nice. When working in Scaler 2.7, if I could copy it to a new track and keep the work to the copy like a new track and instrument.

    Hi Lukas. There is an chord explode function that creates new tracks. Do you know if it is possible to explode to existing tracks?

    • @studioonetutorials
      @studioonetutorials  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It does explode then to existing tracks already as I show in the video!? I couldn't drag it onto a track if the track didn't exist :-)

    When converting audio to midi, would you suggest using the chordtrack or melodyne? Both ways are possible.

    • @studioonetutorials
      @studioonetutorials  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It depends on the material. If you want just extract the raw chords, then Chord Track. If you want to convert melodies or whole polyphonic patterns, then definitely Melodyne.

    Look how the midi notes look inside the events.. They look like straight horizontal lanes.. Ableton has a way better way to show those.
