haha I have a challenge for you, maybe not one for the coffee shop though, I like those keep them coming. However when you talked about the circle of fiths, it gave me a idea for a challenge. These are the rules. Create a song, with a 5 chord progression, use the arpeggiator to create a 5 note pattern, then using the circle of fiths to modulate around to a key 5 fiths higher or lower. eg if your first key is C the you would end up at B then do a 5 chord progression as a chorus or something. Hopefully you get the idea. everything about the song should revolve around the number 5 or fiths. Could be good or quite probably bad, who cares, it will be a fun challenge.
Cheers for all the videos you've posted !! Always learn something new (quickly) and get to enjoy the music you create while doing it ! Quite Inspirational.. Your One of the best Studio One teachers I've found yet.
o shit 🤣🤣 didnt even know i have these because of your video i found out ! shit i had to do all my chords by hand this saves a whole lot of time and unnececary work thank you got you subed
Cool, it always amazes me how a melody that doesn't really sound that musicalor oleasing to the ear can turn into something that is nice to hear. I really must stop fussing over the melody line so much and just go with the flow and see where it takes me,
They should be in the "note fx" folder above your instruments in the browser. Theyre kind of hidden away if you dont know theyre there. You should have them. I think they come automatically, unlike soundfonts ect that you download separately
Hey Steve, I really enjoy your videos but i must admit that I get lost in the moment and don't understand some of the functionality that you use to create the songs . Its addictive though and Im wanting to view all your videos even though I dont understand!🤪

I'm a + member and can't seem to find Note FX, or Arpeggiator either on my computer or available for D/L. Any ideas?
