@@manikmadaan OMG you replied, this is so awesome! That is what I was thinking, however my situation is that I am considered an IMG because my school is International, so I am in Mexico now, UAG-Medical School, and they have amazing clinical rotations here, surgery hands on with the best Doctors and Professors, or clinicals in the US, Phoenix, Vegas, Chicago ( I think at your hospital) , So I am not sure what is the best if I stay is hands on, but not sure abut the LOR if is valid because is Mexico, and I could stay until December only 6 months, and do 18 months in the US maybe in Chicago, this could also help me to study for my Step 1, I am just lost and scared because staying is great, but I need the LORs/ Please What do you think? Please, tell me your opinion, Thank you so much!

The National Council Licensure Examination is a nationwide examination for the licenning of nurses in the United States, Canada and Australia ,which are the NCLEX-RN and the NCLEX-PN. The National council licensure examination has one main purpose; which is to determine if its safe for you to begin practice as an entry-level nurse. It is significantly different from any test that you took in nursing school. Nursing schools exams are knowledge-based while the NCLEX-RN or LPN test is based on what you learned in school. You are tested on how you can use critical thinking skills to make nursing judgments. Our main aim here is to help nursing students obtain their NCLEX-RN or LPN without stress. Passing the Nclex exams has never been an easy task for students through which boards of nursing act and counsel together on matters of common interest and concern affecting the public health, safety and welfare. Including the development of licensing examination in nursing. But we make it easier for students by providing Leak Questions and Answers for every NCLEX-RN or LPN,HESI. We review and upgrade scores. We also help students obtain Authentic license without even seating for the NCLEX Exams. We help transfer Temporary license from one state to another.
After 3-4 years of nursing school ,we are being challenged by the ultimate exam NCLEX(RN/ LPN) Many nursing students face difficulties in acquiring their license and many take about 5-7 years after graduation trying to acquire this license.
Come to think of it, what if you were using the wrong study material or study technic.
