Both trains companies seem to have an 8 Kg baggage limit. I'm travelling to Peru with my normal check in suitcase (23 Kg). Does this mean I can't take my suitcase to Machu Picchu?
@@kimstockdale632 Hi! Yes, they have a limited amount that you can take on the train. We left our suitcases in the train station office in Cusco and only brought what we needed to bring for Machu Picchu in our backpacks. A lot of people seemed to be doing this. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi! I booked them together on the Inca rail website. Here’s the link! Enjoy! Thanks for watching! My Machu Picchu video will be out this week! incarail.com/en/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA8sauBhB3EiwAruTRJv3dC_9nJs8M775opjMAmafKIJLZKg_UUM-UIS1FDUJeLrB1N_s15xoCg1YQAvD_BwE
Hi there..great video. Would you by any chance know if the guides provided by inca rail is ok to go with? Inca rail has option to get a shared tour guide with enterance ticket as well
Hi! I don’t know about the quality of their guides specifically but I would assume they’re good. The one thing I would check is how many people would be in the group tour. I wouldn’t want to go with many more than 8 people. We found our guide at the bus stop and didn’t have any problems but if you don’t want to have to worry about getting one last minute it would be safe to have all that taken care of when you buy the train ticket. Thanks for watching and commenting! Have fun!
