3:00 is it really amazing? Lelit is selling Anna for 500€ with PID and this costs 950€. Its 2024 and not 1961 anymore. PID costs like 10€ to the manufacturer when they buy in bulk. Machines costing 700-900 without PID just that they could justify their more expensive models
@stefanfoster9384 it's not about lelits build quality but about a fact that ecm classika had PID like 12 years ago and now 500€ machines have it. So a top of the line single boiler having it at 1k price is not "amazing"
Have they reduced the time to go from brew to steam? I think the original was 90s, which seems like a real long time. Then again, I bought a Lelit Anna PID from you almost 3 years ago and it's been awesome, so probably won't be looking at a new machine for a while! Guess that's the problem with buying something good, can't upgrade often!

I always laugh when the inclusion of a PID is considered special, PID control is so cheap it is found on BBQ grills and far more mass produced Espresso machines

I have a few questions if I may. 1/ Is the extraction unit the Rossi model, the same as found on the Lelit PL41plus for example? 2/ Is it possible to reduce the extraction pressure during extraction, for example to lower it at the end of the shot? 3/ How low can the extraction pressure be reduced? 4/ The height between the spout of the filter holder and the grid seems low. Is there room for a scale if you need to use the spout for 2 cups? 5/ Do you know if Profitec is going to release a model with a stainless steel boiler like other models? Thanks for your help.
let me try to answer some of these 1/ yes 2/ no you cant adjust the opv while pulling a shot (not advised by profitec as you can blow up your machine lol) 3/ you can lower the pressure upto 7bars 4/ the height between the spout and drip tray is 3 inches so yess its difficult to place a scale and a cup but not impossible, a bottomless porta filter will resolve that issue (then you get 4inches of space in-between) 4/ i dont think so they will, the GO is selling like hot cakes everywhere (including in my 3rd world country) so i dont think there will be anymore updates in this machine for atleast 3-5 years
It measures the pump pressure, once you stop the pump, the pressure gauge doesn’t go back to 0, so it measures pressure between the pump and the boiler.

For God's sake what are the updates. You are only telling old wellknown stuff. The. only update is the faster heat-up time. When you are pulling a shot we hear loud music only the camouflage the heavy noise and rattling the Profitec Go is producing. There is no dedicated hot water switch. And overall the build quality. and finish are rather poor. Driptray is small Waterreservoir is small. The boiler is rather small. The lid of the watertank is just a piece of loose metal. Rattling around while pulling a shot. The bodypanels are rather thin and connected to each other in a clumsy way. The Profitec Go is rather dissappointing in many respects.

Its everything you need. No need to time on your phone or buy a magnetic timer. Nice small size.

It seems the Victoria, an older machine has better spec. Any opionions as you have the similar Anna machine?

Does the manometer measure the pressure at the group head or at the pump? Thanks for this great review!
The pressure is measured at the group. Thank you for watching.
It measures the pump pressure, once you stop the pump, the pressure gauge doesn’t go back to 0, so it measures pressure between the pump and the boiler.

Hi, what’s the best way to get hot water from the Go when it doesn’t have a dedicated hot water spout?
Turn on the steam button, then press the brewing water button, and finally open the steam valve. Hot water will flow from the steam wand!
