vauxhall Corsa E 1.4 LDD/B14XEL camshaft/crankshaft correlation random multiple misfire

customer complained of oil light keeps flashing, poor performance and also a horrible rattle on first start up!!! as we all know that timing chains are prone for stretch on these engines. this one the actual guide had snapped broken up and blocked the oil pick up in the sump.
safe to say it could of been a lot worse if they hadn't of came in when they did, car now starts and drives as it should with no fault codes present.

Hi baz, would you normally not take the sump off? I've heard people have trouble with alignment of the oil pump if the sump is left on? Thanks

Hi, I’ve got a Vauxhall Corsa 2008 just noticed that oil in the coolant and the timing chain noisy could it be the gasket behind the timing chain that’s leaking into the coolant or is it the head gasket? Call doesn’t overheat any help with the pre-appreciated.

@@bazmeredith what do I have to do to get the cams out like what do I need . I have the locking tool and all the other bits but is it just as simple as locking the sprocket into place and undoing a bolt .

Est ce que c'est possible sur ce moteur que la pompe a huile cassé en morceaux?car j'ai trouver des petit bout brillant au fond du carter d'huile alor que le moteur allume low oil pressure
