You are a furniture Guru. It's so hard to choose just one. My favorite is #1 & #5, I couldn't decide. All the projects were wonderful. If I only had half your energy ❣️
Favorites-#1,Wizard of OZ, and the East Lake Cherry Dresser. Tip-- When painting a mirror frame, or glass door frame tuck a deck of cards ($1) in between the glass mirror and wood frame, paint the wood, and remove the deck of cards while the paint is still wet--Fast and Easy!
100 thumbs up in the first minute, I just know I'll love it all! Including your chill attitude and gratitude for the blessings in your life, and the realness of being a penny pincher!
All of these projects were phenomenal. Difficult to pick just one. The 1800's dresser be my 1st n the display cabinet be my 2nd choice. Love the green on the benches with the gorgeous fabric seats.
Everything looks fantastic but I have to say the first piece and the Wizard of Oz one are my favorites...love the uniqe style of the first piece and the paint color is perfect for it.....and the Oz piece was beautiful too, the addition of the mica powder to achieve the sparkle teal color was an amazing idea! You are very talented, great job Cory!
You are aces! All the projects were just amazing, you turned them into jewels. Hard to pick a favorite but I agree with you for the first project, my favorite too!
Your projects are always so great and creative. Hard to pick just one, they all have their own beautiful qualities. Plus, the advantage of us learning from you how you accomplished each one!!!
My favorite was the wood shop armoire-it would have been cool to paint the inside a contrasting color, too! Loved the fabric on the doors. I often put fabric on the back board on bookcases.
My favorite is the Wizard of Oz! Love the finish. And a close 2nd, the island. They are all wonderful though. I am back to TH-cam after a couple years away and boy have I missed you all. Thanks for all the inspiration.
Well, ok, on second thought, even though I said the secretary unit was my fave, I'm looking at the armoire again. I had scored a similar one, which now resides in my dining room as my new "butler's pantry." It's English Arts and Crafts, and I lovingly restored it. Then I found a really cool upholstery fabric remnant, matte-shiny citron green! I used the fabric on the inside back, much like your metallic gold on the secretary. I installed a puck light inside the armoire, and voila! A beautiful surprise when you open the door, and I can see all my "stuff." Had to share that because you always provide the most creative inspiration. Yep, now I'm thinking that your armoire is my favorite.
Thank you Barbara. It holds all of my daughter and sons clothes as well as her diapers. I have not really been someone who uses a changing table I usually just lay them on the bed to change them
Hi... my favorite was #9 the cherry dresser, I had one as a little girl. I redo Furniture myself and artistic furniture. Also I've been watching your channel and just realized we're pretty much in the same neighborhood Americare from Los Angeles recently and I'm trying to get my business up and going here
Yes I liked the first thing you did as well. But the two tables you've just done at the end, are different and so lovely, I really like these. And not forgetting that dresser you restored, that was beautiful. Loved watching. 🥰🇬🇧🐾🐾❄️
Great video! I thought I'd seen every one of them, but the entryway table with the coat hangers was actually new to me, or maybe I just forgot!:) Last year I inherited something similar from my grandparents and tried to decide what to do with it. It is wood but only pine and has very different finishes on its body. We also have 2 cats, so I am grateful for your textured finish idea. :D
Very pretty bedroom refresh for your son! I wonder how it would look to tuck the bedding in all around the mattress to show off that beautiful footboard?
“Can you believe I can use a piece of furniture that’s over 100 years old!” So adorbs! I have a chest of drawers from the 1710s in regular use. Queen Anne period. Brits love to recycle. ❤
I loved the wizard of oz cabinet, it is beautiful! Could you possibly show us how to transform black gloss wardrobe doors into something brighter and beautiful?
Thank you Margaret! Peel and stick wallpaper would work wonders for something flat and glossy. Amazon has tons of options, I might still have some in my amazon store link too
@@DesertDIY what brand mica powder did you use? I can't seem to find a company that sells bigger size. Also what type of clear paint, & powder to paint ratio? Can't wait to do this but very fearful too.
Head over to the full length video to get all the details. it is linked in the description box and so it my amazon store where I linked some mica powder options
Your hands are so gifted along with your creative thoughts each pieces of furnitures you turned around is so beautiful If I have to choose any it's going to be All this DIY video is so interesting it's awesome.💜👍🏾
Not my idea, but I saw someone put flowers in a skinnier vase and then put it inside the wider one to help them stay in place. You did a wonderful job on the furniture piece. Loved it! ❤

Enjoyed all the flips you did, but that antique dresser is remarkable. I don't know about a changing table, but it's beautiful.
Thank you Barbara. It holds all of my daughter and sons clothes as well as her diapers. I have not really been someone who uses a changing table I usually just lay them on the bed to change them

I love this type of furniture: large, many cubbies and drawers.

Very pretty bedroom refresh for your son! I wonder how it would look to tuck the bedding in all around the mattress to show off that beautiful footboard?
For special occasions it would look great, but I doubt he will do that on a regular basis haha.
