your videos helped me a lot when I bought my Ruckus and got me passionate about taking care of old scooters and motorcycles, all because your ruckus tune-up video showed how easy it was. I decided I never want a big clunky car that I can't fix myself in the backyard or on the street, and I've been driving through -15c canadian winters for two years. Still looking for an old honda helix, but for now i've got my ruckus, a 60s kawasaki, two 70s suzuki and an 80s honda silverwing, never thought I would be into mechanical stuff but that experience with the ruckus really sparked a passion in me. I've had a new drive belt to install for months now, think I'll go out and get it done. thanks a lot mitch!

malibu I’m in the same boat. I bought a lemon of a ruckus that was parted out then rebuilt by someone with a bunch of crappy parts! Mitch’s videos were I Italy really helpful for helping a novice like me troubleshoot and understand what it is I needed to do. Then after working on the ruckus for a week I started to get hooked and now I watch all his videos and just want to learn more. I have 2003 ruckus, a 78 CB125 and a 2004 Suzuki DR650 and I love working on all of them but the ruckus is still my favorite and first love. Thanks Mitch for all the help!

I use a stiffer paint brush and compressed air when cleaning the case. It will get to those hard to reach areas.
It will save you some time too. 👌🏽

Great video thanks for all your educational stuff! I have a kymco peoples 150 . When I accelerate The transmission skips a little bit I’m sure it’s the rollers and the belt. Would you agree? Happy rid’n!!

For whatever reason I decided to turn on "CC" when you said "Hope this video helps you understand what you need to do"The CC said "Oh 50 I read you stupid shoe" lol. great video by the way. I'm currentlybonee-wwatching your video trying to learn how to fix and maintain thesethings. Thanks to aill passed by my state governor's, you can ride a scooterlicenset a lisence or insurance I'm thinking about gettiMetropolitanetropolitaRuckusonda ruckuYamahabe a yamaha Zuma 125 or freedom storm 150 EFI. Honda also has a scooter called ADV60 SP that looks just like the Freedom Stormeedom storm (some many options I don't know what to get).

Can make video about why you dont use impact gun to tighten the cvt front pulley nut? Because you use manual torque wrench to tighten nut. I think you did the right thing. I see alot of owner scooter complain that some workshop mech did error on cvt like nut whack until thread gone.

Thanks Mitch, I had 2 honda Ruckus, nice machine! I currently have Yamaha Smax, 155cc. I am keeping an eye out for Bergman 400, looks to be perfect for me, as the SMax just isn't enough on the highway. Thank You for your work, AWESOME vids, I am finding out I am a scooter guy too... God Bless and stay safe and healthy in HI.

Hey Mitch. do you have a video on disassembly of the driven pulley? Trying to fix an engagement issue. Variator looks fine. It appears I'll have to replace the weights, but have to take it apart. I don't have a manual as it's not my Ruckus. Help please!
