How do slider weights compare to rollers? Would you say go with 6.5g sliders if you had 7.5g rollers in?

Thanks for making this video! My Ruckus was having an issue with the drive face nut walking out because I overtightenen it after some tuning and caused the threads to strip.
Thanks to this video (and some replacement parts), it's properly torqued, and running great now. I couldn't have done it without you! Truly, this helped so much and I am immensely grateful to you, Mitch!

Great tutorial , have watched a few clips about changing the drive belt from other people , you use the correct tools and made sure that the belt sits properly and doesn't get pinched before you tighten the variator nut with a torque wrench to the correct tension, impact drivers are not a good idea as you can strip the thread.

The way you said rotate the pulley until nut is fully sit in well is definitely correct way. As you know some shop mech dont do the way properly , in the end, nut not sit in well and pulley come out and spoil the threading have to replace new crankshaft.

Hi Mitch thanks for all your videos. I been messing around with sliders in original variator and they got flat spots. Also now there is chatter from kickstarter rubbing on kickstarter washer.. it's starting to wear the teeth down. I've taken it apart and put rollers back in and tried to be extra certain of everything but still chattering?? If I bump the kickstarter arm with my heel while riding it goes away for a second but then returns. I don't know what to do.
    Any advice?
    Thanks again.

    Hello Mitch,
I recently ordered a clutch kit from Amazon for a 05 Honda Metropolitan 50 cc scooter and found the clutch pully does not fit. In comparison to the stock clutch, the new clutch has a lip on the back which rubs on the transmission case. In reviewing your video, I noticed the clutch you installed does not have a lip on the back of the driven pully. I've searched online and cant seem to find the clutch you installed which seems to mirror mine. Can you point me in the right direction please? I did review the clutch kit on the amazon link you posted but that also seems to have a lip on the back of the driven pully and worry it would not work.

Hi. I have a Honda Dio AF68 from Japan. In the crankcase it looks very similar to yours. But currently I'm facing the issue that the spline on the engine crankshaft (the left one) is worn and the outer drive face as well as the kick starter ratchet don't lock in place. They now rotate freely and the bike doesn't drive anymore. Do you have any suggestions? Do I have to replace the entire crankshaft because of that worn? Thanks a lot
