loved all these stretches. bit long, could have reduced the time by 5 minutes as it moves a little slow for me. I appreciate slowing down and repitition for stretching, just a bit much for me on this one.
I was thinking of doing weight training as well. To keep me on the tennis court.
I have to do this before tennis. I already do Olga's vid forearms and hands. Gotta do both. Getting older yah know😝😛😌
