Hi there. You could certainly do this sequence after matches. It’s always a good idea to stretch out after you play a match. The poses are mostly working on flexibility. It’s also a sequence you could practice a few times a week if you’re looking to improve your flexibility. I have two other sequences for tennis players on here (TH-cam)...different poses working on flexibility for different parts of the body if you want to try them out. 😊
