Sure! I should make a new blog post about core training. I've learned that it's mind muscle connection over everything. One thing that I've implemented over the past few months is doing vacuum training in the morning, helps activate the transverse abdominis. Having a better connection to that muscle helps to activate the core when doing other exercises. Thanks for checking out the video!
