Funny story... growing up in the 80's my older brother and I loved (and still do) our " hair bands". My brother was a marinater and serenader in the shower. So me being the goofy little sister, I got every stuffed animal and doll that I could find in the house, even the family pets, 😂, and put them outside the bathroom door like an audience 🤣. So as he's finishing up marinating and singing his lungs out in the shower, I waited on the steps by the bathroom. He gets done, opens the door and I started cheering and clapping ecstatically. He looks around in total confusion 😂 then starts laughing hysterically. If we only had cell phones back then 😂🤣.
I used to sing in the shower back in the college days. I also have a loud voice so my hallmarks in the forms could hear me easily. The girls would cheer and clap and later my roommate laughed and told me ‘You’ve got quite the voice.’ 😂

Thankfully I don't stink. What follows is absolutely true.....You can go and check yourself. This book..... "My House Is Killing Me! The Home Guide for Families With Allergies and Asthma....2001 - By Jeffery May" I own a copy, get one NOW .The guy is an indoor air quality specialist. In one chapter of the book, he talks about Germs, NOT using Antimicrobial soaps, and showering. What follows is a paraphrase of what he said....which, apparently, not just myself, but Maniscalco does as well. ( only he does it longer ) Jeffery May - " When taking a shower, lather up really good from head to toe. ( with the shower off, of course )...leave the soap on your body for 2 minuets. Let the soap do, what it was designed to. This will kill any germs and bacteria on your skin. " I kid you not , that's what he wrote. No talc or cologne for me thank you.
Used to work with a really funny guy. He was on a roll one morning. During a meeting he made a joke about another co-workers' bad breath. He said his breath is so bad when he talked his teeth ducked. LMAO! OMG it was soooo funny!!! Everyone was laughing so hard. We had to cancel the meeting. lol
I'm old school. I was raised using wash cloths. Used once and then put in the wash. So every time you shower you had a clean washcloth. I still do that today. I think I'm the only person I know that uses washcloths.

That was hilarious. Don’t know how I’ve managed to not hear this bit before. As a fan of the Long shower, myself, I related to some of this. Have an exfoliating brush, not a glove, and I never shut off the water because it takes too long to get it the perfect temperature And I’m not gonna go through all that twice for the same shower. But I do stand back away from the water for a minute or two to let that body wash sink in. The Aqua Gio line was funny, but I’m not so sure women want to be tasting cologne. Just saying… But hilarious stuff. One of the best comics out there right now. Just binge watched all eight episodes of Bookie over 2 nights. Dark but funny. Left me wanting more.
